As much as I loathed going to church is was pretty okay, I mean I just hated Sunday school where the kids go then they make your perform for the people in mass. I HATED that. I eventually convinced my mum I wanted to listen to mass instead of Sunday school. My sisters still had to go to Sunday school. Ssssuckers.

Then it was like with my aunts, uncles and cousins and grandfolk picnic Sundays.

All in all, it was always good for the family to get together.

Oh and then one Easter my mum said I was old enough to kiss the Lords feet but I thought she meant the priest and like I said I ain't kissin that guys feet, but it was the crucifix where jesus feet would have been. I did that two years in a row before saying no more.

I did confession once as a trial after my communion because I also had the thing after communion thrown into it too, like a double course. So I went in the box thing. I didn't confess to anything. Spend all day there probably if I had lol. I was already dating my wife and, that was a naughty naughty sin.

 

Im spiritual first of all/raised Catholic, converted to Islam /secular.. Just as Christians pray when it suits them, sometimes I dont have time for 5times a prayer a day. Wudu is a good practice to do to stay clean even if your not praying.

 

Gonna buy me a jawga Boyz online album.

 

Might get that Bottleneck too.

 

I've tried more than a few major religions.

 

Got the albums. Now time to slap some knees.

I remember the days of Wednesday night youth group
Half the time we would meet there then leave and go smoke weed instead

But I never really liked skipping youth group because I liked to sing the cheesy songs.

That was sooooo 2005.

 

I used to feel so sorry for my protestant friends. They'd spend all day in church on Sunday, then have to go back on Wednesday. That sounded so damn miserable to me. Hell, I hated the 1 hour a week I had to attend.

 

I used to like Thursday night mass, free up Sunday. and no one there.
