Friday is happening! And blue skies with colder weather. At last.

 

Just make an excuse...like "My neighbor cut her hand on a glass and I have to babysit her kids for the rest of the day until her sister can get here to stay with them".

The sunshine made the triplets bonkers this morning.

I went out my door and saw them next door, in t-shirts, jumping off a stump while holding and umbrella.

Yep, apparently that's what you do when it's sunny and 33F outside.

 

Central Connecticut, around 7:30 AM ET. It started as powder snow around 5 PM ET Thursday where I was. It was about 31 degrees. There was a little sleet mixing in by 11 PM ET. Saw a light rain shower and maybe 34 degrees this morning. It looks like at least 4, maybe 5 inches out here.

 

I did! I still have, and wear, the bracelet. The ring was buried with a deceased rabbit friend.


What's happening is tea in the cafe in the village because my internet machine is broken.

 

Sometimes your router and/or modem need to be reset for some reason. When my internet goes out, I unplug the power cable for the router and the one for the modem (note: some people have a router/modem all-in-one, so they only unplug one device) and wait like 5 minutes. Then I replug everything in again, wait another 5 minutes for the machines to be booted up and running again, and voila! Internet restored.

That usually works for me unless there is an outage (internet outage) in my area. Good luck with your internet, Driftrue!

I think the router might be broken though. There's a lot of factors that I won't bore you with but turning it on and off isn't the solution. At the moment if the router is plugged in, not only does it not work but the phone stops working too.

So it might be the little thing that plugs into the wall that the phone and router goes into.
