I work from home for one day and everyone starts panicking. I've had more emails and calls from colleagues than I would on a normal day.

Damn the winning mega millions ticket was sold 5 minutes from my mom's house. So close, and yet....soo far

Maybe my mom won and just decided not to tell her greedy children

I went to vote and I went by the grocery store.

I'm hungry and about to see if the avocado I have is any good.

 

I was in a small pool at my workplace. We bought 50 tickets. We had all the numbers drawn - just not all of them on the same ticket. We won $12.

I got a text message telling me that polls are open for early voting and asking me if they could count on my support for a certain candidate.

I replied with "fuck no"

To which they replied "O. K. Have a good day".

The triplets Halloween Birthday Presents arrived in the mail today....OMG, I'm in love!

 

I took a nap at lunch...that was weird but felt pretty good.
