What's Happening???

Attendance at Yoga today was only the instructor, me , and this girl Heidi (a non-stop talker).

I don't complain often, but aren't there rules with talking during the yoga session.

As I was yoga-ing
Heidi was talk-ing

I looked over at Heidi two times making sure the instructor saw me look at Heidi both times hoping the talking would be told to stop.

The instructor fixed the talking seamlessly and courteously. She told both of us to "breath in, breath out" , "make sure you are breathing in through nose .....out through the mouth".. "deep in.....deep out" and there was no more talking from Hiedi for the rest of the yoga.

 

All these doggone puns.

I did it to myself by not drinking enough water. I've got a bladder infucktion!

Drinking lots of acv water today.
