I've got fibro, too but luckily all my arthritis is osteo.

 

Well, at least that's a little something but still it seems like a huge dip from morphine.

 

(gently pats the air near you) I've some osteo, because I've got sclerosteosis (increased bone density) but i can mostly keep that in check through a severely protein heavy diet, and it's not so bad as the RA. the RA's the bitch I gotta fight with.

would like 1 new immune system, please. this one's declaring a coup. and i hate feeling like a banana republic.

 

I hear that rheumatoid is a real bitch.

I've been having a real flare, of both conditions, for about 2 weeks. I wish I could figure out what I did wrong.

I Suppose You Would Describe It As "Semi-Automated"......The Guy Sprays The Really Dirty Parts Of

The Car With Detergent......Takes Your Money.....Then Hits Those Parts With A Pressure Washer.....

Then You Go Through The Carwash Itself.....Results Are Nearly Always Perfect So I Guess I

Really Can't Complain.......Taking Into Consideration That Each And Every Young Guy He Employs

There Is "Hot"....... That's Why I Have The Cleanest Car In Town....

I went as a third wheel with another couple to a Mexican restaurant dinner last night.
Great conversations
Full pitcher of Margaritas.
Rice , Beans and...Chimichangas ....oh my!

One topic of conversation was this couple does yoga on Sunday mornings at 930am. They did a great job convincing me to join them in the yoga class.
I've never done yoga. I have a feeling it will increase my flexibility and stamina with boxing class.
