I second that. my natural sleep pattern puts me asleep at about 4 am, and waking up somewhere around noon

I don't use anything for pain...

 

They just put me on the oral of that today - to try instead of Mobic or Ibuprophen.

 

Oh, hubby says the doc gave him Volaten Gel and it's helped with the broken shoulder.

 

stinks like hospital.. Id rather have some menthol fume than teh one O got..
shoulder doing weird cracking now , but not painful..

 

i think mine was a cream not a gel

didnt really notice much effect

tried it for knuckle pains arthritis

Today has been a super painful day without the ibuprofen but I want to give the Voltaren a chance.

The doc told me that if these anti-inflamatories aren't working then we are looking at Tramadol for the pain.

I'd still take anti-inflamatories with that. I know I need that for the muscle pain in my glutes.
