right this moment there is a fireworks you can hear but not see. i know where it is and where it can be seen from, but its quite a ways from where i live.
i know this because the hotel that last time i stayed at the convention hotel during furcon, was one of the places you could see it from.

this is every saturday evening at this time. most of the year.

Well that was a good night. Beer, smoke, & a bonfire. Even managed to just sit & tune the fuck out & into nature. Discovered I'm an asshole.......oh wait.........

 

i couldnt do a fire because of rain

Just got back from the hospital. I have a sinus infection and am on antibiotics.

Chinese hospitals are something else. Not even going to make a smartass comment.

Well my mom and I are very similar people. And similar in sizes too so it works for me. She also loves to buy things online and then gets too lazy to return them so she just saves the stuff for my next visit lol

 

Also my fingers are killing me. I'm learning the ukulele and I think my fingers are just too fat for the small frets and complicated chords lol

 

It's just the steel strings, you'll build up tougher skin and callouses but expect them to be quite sore while you start.
