There's a mode on the Samsung that uses a low light filter to stop that its called night mode. It dulls it down to like a yellow filter, I use it all the time lol. I have two hide scrapers that I found in a creek in N. C. but I've never found and arrowhead. I have some hammer stones, too.

I prefer to think that it is a pre-form (i.e. quarry blank) arrowhead that just never got around to being knapped.

 

I spoke to my miss just before, we both agree that I should take a conceded effort to stay on my meds, and by stay on my meds I really mean actually take them for once. They're going to help my body rest and get proper sleep. I'll have to go against everything I believe in about sleeping too much. I feel mentally out of it right now, my body is sore and exhausted. It's time I take care of myself better.

So I'm opting for some lifestyle changes soon. I'm not entirely sure what I want them to be other than the more sleep. I know I'm going to focus on diets, maybe I should see a dietrition? Actually find out what I should be eating so that I can maintain my trim but have enough energy to burn as well.

Its been a long time coming, and I've denied myself of these thoughts for far too long. I am amidst a very low point of the bipolar after being high as a kite for 3 months since the wedding, I guess it was always going to shift, like a rock from the sky's *whistles bomb falling* KA-BOOM.

I have a hard race in about 12hrs time, I'm not in the mood and not particularly interested. I hate to admit it but taking on the admin responsibilities has really drained me too. It's all drama. I have taken on too much and I'm going to have to tell the boys I can't keep up my efforts at the moment. So we either need another admin or.. I'm not even sure. It's hard finding someone that isn't "connected" to influence bias decisions. Funny saying that since two of us are on a team, but we are honest.

You know, I have a couple friend who have just split up, I have never in my life really.. cared much I guess about others relationships but this one hurts and I hurt for him. I knew her first, but something didn't sit right with me a few weeks ago she went away.. I dunno was just odd. Then she came back and it's over. He's keeping brave, but I know he hurts. It really sank my heart last night to hear it. I said my door was always open if he needed time away in the mountains to clear his mind. Perfect time of year for it, I always have a spare bed and room.

In the morning he was likely headed for the Trading Post to barter off that arrowhead for a sack of grain, only to have been met with dozens of snickers and odd looks

 

I understand with the drama of admin.

Proper rest and proper diet may keep the downside of the bipolar from hitting so hard, too.

You do need to mind yourself more carefully.

 

Ugh I know right. How hard is it for 60+ grown men to turn left? LOL! We even had to create a podcast last week just to outline basically "stop harassing us about so and so hit me, so and so blocked me".

Yep no more fast food. Hmm, maybe still a pizza on Wednesday. I like the new pizza place, I've left this cheap domino style crap behind, real pizza is where it's at. Been maybe 6 months and I never look back. I have to collect it myself but it's worth it. Plus their pasta is amazing I have actually gotten into pasta again, see, when we had the Italian friends of the family, pasta was bland pasta with Italian sauce... And that's what pasta was to me. Bland. Well, all this creamy pasta I've been eating lately is unbelievable!

 

It wouldn't hurt to go to a dietitian. There are so many diets. They are confusing.

 

The natives of my area used lots of obsidian for their arrow and spear points. I've found a handful of them. My late grandma found a 4 inch spearhead made of translucent obsidian. So beautiful.

 

I'm thinking, less alcohol. More water.

Having my eyes checked now. My right eye is really good no problems, my left cornea has changed shape so I need a new lens to get the pressure off. I ask if this is normal she said sometimes the disease stays and changes the cornea. Depending on the severity I might need another grapht after 20 years. It's been 8 years already and first signs of noticing so hopefully it's okay. I'm happy to hear my dominant eye is good. now my pupils are huge as they are dilating to have a look at the back of my eyes. Eeep.
