What's Happening???

I looked on youtube last night and found some exercises to do for this hip thing I've had for 10 months.

I think they might actually help.

It seems to be something like a rotated sacrum so I'm doing some exercises for that.

I didn't really realize until today but my shoulders are angled one way and my hips the opposite way.

I think these exercises are going to help equalize my leg lengths (apparent) too.
