Small portions for such a big plate. You should have asked for fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, Lima beans, corn on the cob and cornbread.

    Yeah, thats kind of silly

Ive been to China, they DONT make the best chinese food

Ive never been to Poland, but I would expect some local influences creeping into chinese food even if the owners are chinese

I picked up my sweet Willow's remains.

There are even his two front paw prints in a little plaster plaque.

Three weeks after he got sick, I'm hoping to get a little more closure.

I'm cooking up some pork in the Instant Pot.

I've cooked some okra from the garden for hubby; and froze some for me to cook and eat when my tummy feels better.

I've got a ton of chili's to cut and freeze, and enough cucumbers to fill at least another jar.

    ??
In the movie the Pianist, I swear it was 20 zloties(zlotys?) they paid for the caramel they carved up between them in that scene before they got taken to the camps, in 1942

So is that right, 5 zlotys for a shot in 2019

So in other words, on that scene in the movie, they paid like $100 for one caramel

    Oh ok.
I'm not doing that. I'm having a bath.

  16. You should try peeing into the bath. It'll cure your skin. My eye doesn't even bother me anymore.

Urine actually does good things for the PH of you skin. When I was younger and rowing for school the rowing oars had rubber handles and you'd tear your skin up. To repair blisters I remember gotta pee in your hands in the shower. :p

That was a fun sport the rowing and I achieved well enough being 32nd in Australia for under 18s when I was only 16 or so. But the commitment to continue was too much and I had my heart set on university. Plus the club that I was rowing for was poor and hard to compete against top school with better equipment. I remember beating them though, solo, double, quad and eight. I went to state titles and also national titles a year later. The gate to my oar broken in the nationals and I fell into the water maybe a hundred meters or less from the finish line. I remember grabbing my boat and still swimming it to the finish line. Anyone else would have just swam out to the side but I wanted to finish. That cost me and I was ranked 32nd in the country.

The funny thing was even though I fell in, I still beat somebody else and I remember I was so happy about that lol. Like unbelievable. I also remember I met a girl from the internet at that national. I lived in nsw but she lived in Victoria and we caught up. That was cool.

This is all like 16yo Jocelyn :p I had my GF, 3 years older so her friends and my friends I guess would always go to the regattas together and they'd skip school to come and see me row. They were good days. Good honest friends too and they got in trouble few times for being there too but they didnt care they already had cars. My parents were a bit skeptical of my older friends and me being like 15/16 in cars but they put all the trust in my girl and she delivered me safe every time.
