A lot pf products that say "no MSG" are loaded with DiSodium Glutamate... Same thing with twice the Sodium. So, Yeah... healthier.

MSG can also be added with only "Natural Flavoring" shown on the list of ingredients... Sneaky food industry is sneaky.

This is what I hear whenever someone says hey y'all.

Because ABK is native America, the song Hey Y'all, Well at the start sounds like an Indian chant. And that's what I hear and think of.

He's an interesting Juggalo rapper, he's actually quite upbeat and uplifting with a lot of songs with deep meanings and positivity.

I read The History of Tuberculosis in America and it used to be the leading cause of death.


Of course now it’s heart disease and cancer, lung cancer leading the way.

Oddly enough both can be easily be prevented by choosing not to smoke, eating healthy, exercising each day.,and by maintaining a healthy weight,

 

ABK did an excellent job on remodeling my home.

 

I went on a tour of a funeral home many years ago and the director hold me that TB can live in carpet for years and years.

 

I think I may do some cleaning and photographing of resale items today.

 

Wow. I'm gonna get cancer. I smoke like a chimney and never exercise or eat healthy.
