Sadly he's not joking. She lead him on a wild goose chase and gave him this elaborate bullshit story that is all a bit too catfishy for me. Why can't people just be honest? Piaf if you're not really the person you're portraying to be on here and you've spent years lying to everyone that's really shitty. Having someone fly halfway around the world to stand them up is one of the lowest things you could do. Leaving my friend stranded in a country he doesn't know. I even called the airline for him trying to get him on an earlier flight home which was highway robbery. I still can't wrap my head around the series of events that happened that week to Fudds.
