I think I want to open up a food truck

 

Eh, be fun for a week. And then summer hits. Suddenly you're sweating away in a oil boiling truck, soaked in sweats, skins soaking in oil. And then you hear it. "can I have some chips?" it's like nails on a chalk board. But it doesn't stop. Hamburger chips, corn dog, 2 hamburger, 2 chips one with vinegar one with salt and ahhhhhh!

Fuck that.

You can have a job in Irms Spit Shack.

I've already got a slogan

Food from the south, straight to your mouth

And I would do southern soul food, because no one really does that in food truck form around here...everyone tries to be trendy, to do fusion food and most of it is not that great in my opinion

I'll just do things like meatloaf and collard greens and mac n cheese..then things like fried squash, i'll make southern street food a thing. Soup and grilled pimento cheese sandwich or cornbread in the winter. Juicy sliced tomato sprinkled with basil in the summer. Complimentary sliced cucumbers soaked in vinegar and salt and pepper, everyone loves that as a snack around here and yet you'll never see it at a restaurant.

What you didn't realize is that I'm a genie and there's now a soul food food truck parked in your driveway. It's yours.

 

My whole HF experience is thinking out loud. I love reading old posts of mine. I was quite smart once upon a time.

I made it disappear again. You took too long to respond.

 

Today an ornament fell off my X-mas tree and smashed on the floor. My tree is losing strength and its lush green color.
Soon I'm gonna have to take this thing down. It saddens me. I was damn proud of this 13' tree. Getting it cut in the forest, and propping it up in my home all by myself without any help.

I'm one of those people who has a hard time letting things go.

Mines still up. I was going to do it yesterday but it's still up haha. I don't really care ay, it's something different in the house for a couple of months.
