  2. I was about to buy that book a few years ago.
Then the guy I was dating at the time jokingly said something like "really, you're going to buy a book about getting rid of stuff, and in that way...add more stuff":tearsofjoy:
I don't have any problems with clutter or mess or organization or anything, but it was all the hype back then!

  4. Ah ok.
My local church has an evening mass everyday, and then on Sundays two in the morning and one in the evening.
The evening one is meant to be more youth-oriented, with the choir being a bit modern and stuff.
But I still prefer to go in the morning.
I skipped a lot of Sundays though

I LOVE to throw things away (or give them away/recycle them).

I also get really excited about utility in a product. If I can get one product that does two jobs (like a warm coat that is also a windbreaker, or a toaster over) then I am a happy lady. The more empty space the better.

  7. I have two smaller boxes with things I can't throw away, like a few cards or whatever memories.
Other than that - I'm good.
Except for books. It's really hard to get rid of books.

I just threw away 3 truckloads of junk the ex left behind. I asked her for 4 years to start getting rid of stuff, then we split and she leaves it all here :rage:

    Can’t stand clutter.

None of the clutter in my house is mine

Oh the minimalist lifestyle I will lead one day when I am a sad lonely elderly woman living alone with my cats

Marie Kondo says that buy going through the process, in the order she prescribes, will teach you, gradually, to learn what you value, what works for you, what is good for you, what kind of life you want.

The lifestyle begins to extend into work, relationships - everything.

  16. This was pretty good.
    Moving. Beautifully done.
I have a lot of thoughts after watching it, but I'm not going to post anything, in case somebody decides to watch.

Think I may try shorts and flip flops today. Suppose to be around 60°F, no wind, sun is out and I'm so glad the holidays are over. Ready for Spring.

  18. I did a short ~30 minute yoga sesh.
    Damn it felt good.
