What's Happening???

Finally got those ancestry results today. I was surprised by a lot of it. Top four percentages, French (what??), Italian (knew that one), Portugal (also expected), and Native American...?? Weird. Also, I'm a quarter Swiss but apparently there is no Swiss in me at all. Sweden yes, Switzerland no.

This is some scary ass shit. In reading this hw, made me look at how many have passed from influenza recently.

It's easy for me to forget sometimes that the flu shouldn't be taken lightly. I've never gotten the flu shot. I'll still maintain this decision though. Maybe that will change when I get REALLY old!

I read a story about a world after a flu pandemic that wipes out most of humanity. It's left me with the knowledge I don't want to die on an aeroplane where no one is allowed off because someone has flu.

 

Oh dear god let me just go ahead and add that to my list of scary ways to die

 

I was hoping to be able to get in a bike ride this morning but I just checked the weather and its gonna rain. :-(

 

I'm clear on what I want. Gun shot to the head, or exposure to cold in the mountains. Both at the time of my choosing.

 

We're all gonna die when we guess our star anyways.

I'm not worried. I still try to guess.
