All the things my granddaughters were going to do tomorrow got cancelled this afternoon.

They may be going to my grandson's birthday part after all.

 

Yay!

My daughter-in-law and I are taking the granddaughters to my grandson's party tomorrow (I don't have to go with crabby man)!

 

Saturday was a good day. I had a blast up at my daughter's. I even met some interesting men.

 

I'm fed up of summer now. It's been months now, time for a change.

 

Hang on...We have September coming up especially for you.

Hi, Peeps...

 

Had a party at sisters house until 7am today.

I call it a just add water party because it was an instant one.

 

Ouch.

 

I got some Klonopin for my holiday. Probably just take them for the airport and the flights. I tried 2mg for a test run and it knocked me on my back. I haven't used them for a while so my tolerance must have decreased.

I'm thinking of getting a multi gym and a bicycle machine. Can get them both for around £250 on Amazon.

 

I have Zanaflex https://www.drugs.com/tizanidine.html for muscle spasms.

I can take 1/4 during the day.

In the evening when I want relief, don't have to do anything, but don't want to be knocked out, I take 1/2 pill.

If I take a whole one, it's freaking lights out with no question. I stumble and stagger to bed like a very drunk person.

 

My son gave me a fright.

I looked on the front porch for my dog, Emma, and she was gone.

I thought she'd escaped her lead again.

I got the car keys and was headed for the car to look for her, calling her, when I hear my son yell from somewhere that he had her out for a walk.

I wish he'd told me first...

The pain that was in my knee all week has cleared up! I can walk again.

However, Friday morning I had my knee wrapped and was putting on my jeans, sitting down. I don't know what I did because the wrapped was holding my knee straight and I was moving funny to get the pants on. Something made me get pain like the pic, on my left side. It's just the upper area where the dark color is.






It hurts like hell when I get up out of the bed. Getting up Saturday morning was very painful.

This morning was worse. I almost passed out from the pain.

It gets better after I'm up moving around for about 30 minutes.

 

i'm still waiting for it to start... it's been a nice long spring but i really want to go spend a hot day at the beach at least once before fall.
