What's Happening?

You can cut a plastic bottle, invert the top funnel-shaped portion into the bottle; the bottle should have a little apple cider vinegar in it and a drop or two of dishsoap.

I have some small funnels that I sit in top of some glass jars.

Gnats don't really need the funnel. Just a dish with vinegar and soap will catch them.

 

it's a handy party trick i guess, but why not just do a shot if you want to consume your alcohol that fast? this will just leave you bloated with a full bladder.

likewise, i've never been a huge fan of shotgunning or beer bonging for the same reason.

I feel ya.. trying to shake a little bit of it,, but I just feel drained and dulled .. gf plays to many games and Ive enough on my plate with the other child in the kitchen picking its face all waking hours of the day.. I feel hostage even tho, Im away from nut nuts..
gf is going on and on about some bedbugs,, when nobody has ever seen one. Ive never seen anything like that. besides ive house centipedes 4inches long.. bedbugs no match for that kind of power..

my girl showed up last night at 930pm after 3 days and she was not the same at all.

i told her you pull shit like that again, I will block you on the phone and ill find someone else who wont do this bullshit.

she stopped by again at 5:30am after work and we fucked and now back to 'normal' if there is such a damn thing

I got the same feeling yesterday too like I got out of my bath and I was done for, depressed and not good. I think I posted about it but was the last post of a page. And so I made a brisket to warm me up, but it wasn't the best a bit flat but still nice and then yeah. I haven't felt like doing anything I just sort of sit quietly watching tv shows I normally would never watch.

 

I walked the dog, though I didn't want to. I didn't even want to feed the cats.

I'm making some tea. I don't know if I'll have it hot or iced.

I had an old friend on my mind, one that passed away after we lost touch (actually a former fiance). Maybe thinking about that put me in a funk.

Maybe it's the weather this evening. It was stormy all around us for a while.

I don't know.

I'll try tea in a few minutes.

my phone has block features no need to change numbers.. not a zillion payphones in town like twenty yrs ago..

I think I'm feeling a little crappy about not wanting to go to my uncle's funeral tomorrow.

I just now read some stuff my cousins said on facebook that totally convinced me I'm not going so I can stop feeling a little guilty trying to come to that decision.

I'm most likely getting down because of my birthday coming up. I'm battling though.
It's not actually the age or anything lol, it's just I always remember birthdays as stressful tension days where the family at least tries to come together and never works. Same with Christmas too.
Now that Laura and I are out on our own, half the world away we've made some of our own traditions and they're fun, festive, social and so on. I just need to focus on those things. I'll be fine. I have pool today and have some friends coming out to watch me and have drinks. They want to buy me a meal but I cannot eat and play or eat then play weighs me down lol but I will drink.
I didn't have a drink all yesterday, I'm half tempted to pull a Woodstock out.
And I have been running some laps in iRacing as I am going to attempt to make my National Series Cup debut at Pocono, I choose this because it's a big wide long race track and if I just mind my own business, I might just finish on the lead lap with incidents.

 

My grandpa died early in july this year. I didn't go to the funeral.

Didnt want to see the open casket like I did with grandma.

I stopped going to funerals period since my friend killed himself.

 

Yep.

I don't like feeling obligated to extended family for holidays, funerals, etc.



Fuck them. They've ignored me my whole life anyway.
