FYI, we also have 3 cats that my daughter has to keep away from Buddy, he almost killed one one day, thank goodness he actually listens to me....unlike my girls...

 

my part time job was visit mcdonalds downtown pgh and not the one i know of .. Its a dinky hole in the wall, kinda like a kiosk , you cant see the people that cook the food, order on a computer touch.. so anyways, I dont eat that shit and scoped out this dude that looked like he could use a meal. I asked him if he'd like some mcdonalds and looks at me like Im crazy, so i tell him i have to review this mcds and need to buy some food, what would you like, you can order up to 50$ worth of food. He said to me "are you fucking nuts?" and I said "yes im fucking nuts, would you like some mcds or not cause i can ask someone else".. tho I told him he could have 50$ worth of food he only wanted mcnuggets and a milk shake.

 

Haha. Yeah those MacNuggets... they're addictive.

 

I know plenty of guys who cant end it either.


Well she was texting me constantly for several days.

She doesn't want to be with anyone else.

Then some stuff happened and her phone starts blowing up. Well when that happened I went online to my phone account and changed my number. I have had the same number for almost 10 years. It felt really good to change it. I sent a text out to only 11 people who now have my new one.

Few hours later their is a knock on my window, only one person does it and it was her.

I argue some and she said her normal shit and asked why I had not given her my new number. I said you told me to take some time away, and you show up. So are you going to give me your new number? You dont believe what I tell you.

She says dont scream at me, im not screaming, quit saying that. You on my grounds right now and I dont care if the other guys are hearing shit, you came here. She was looking around to make sure no one was watching.

Then we talk some more and I say, when you showed up on friday you looked so damn beautiful and as im giving her this compliment she acts like 'uh huh sure' she cant take a compliment. I tell her SEE YOU DONT BELIEVE ME. I walk away and into the house. Let that sink in.

I really have no idea if she will show up again. Right now my phone is the quietest its been in YEARS.

 

You can go online and change your phone number that easy? Wow I always thought you had to ring and have that arranged that takes a week. That's pretty cool. Sorry, that's what popped in my mind as I read that part. I've had the same mobile phone number since I first convinced my mum to get me a phone. That's a statistic I'm extremely proud of because that means I've never lost a phone whereas all my friends went through 3-5 number.

Aww so you turned your back and walked away from her? Aww. I think it's sweet that she showed up. People on the brinks of emotions and stuff, to be fighting and then to show up I think sends a message that you at least mean quite a bit to this girl. That's not trying to work your friends over for your new number or pestering on social media that to me is a good sign I think that means she's thinking I cannot get hold of him, and he means a lot to me, I must go and see him.

She could have been embarrassed by the loud talking if others are present like I'm really socially awkward like that I always lol at couples arguing in the mall or in public I just think it's embarrassing lol. I've been in trouble a couple times and I frown when I get told off in public.

But I do know that when you are having arguments, like, I'll say things and do things that I know will annoy the person, even if I really don't want to annoy them it's like a sickness, so maybe for her shrugging off your compliment was just a breakdown of communication in a way? Like you're telling her she doesn't believe you, so she makes a point of it. Understand?

Things are obviously heated and I haven't read your other stuff about it yet sorry so I'm not sure the full story is etc. but from what I can see here I think she might be a good person with good intentions and a lot of feelings for you.

 

I wish I could take naps and actually benefit from it. Most of the time i feel worse after it (if i actually slept at all!)

 

What I like and dislike about naps is that weird state I seem to enter where I can't tell when my thoughts stop being thoughts and become dreams. It's surreal.

 

I like that surreal feeling as well, but i don't feel rested after it. And that's the main reason I start a nap. I wanna sleep for an hour. But even when sleeping happens it is always too short. At the end it always feels i only slept well for like 10 minutes.

 

Good naps are amazing! I always feel so refreshed and re-energized for the rest of the day. Naps sometimes are weird for me as well though, like sometimes I briefly forget what day it is upon waking from a nap.

When I was working a day and night job, I considered trying dymaxion sleep or taking short intervals of rest throughout the day as opposed to longer sleep but I learned that while it doesn't replace sleep, you can get many of the 'reset' benefits of sleep through meditation, so I thought that easier to practice.

 

I worked night shift for weeks in a row once and it was no problem sleeping at another time of the day for me. Short intervals just don't do it for me apparently. Have to get my hours all in one row...

it is a pretty interesting natural "altered state".

well Buddy got his second shower/bath in the shower today. He did much better this time, didn't have to bribe him with chicken, he followed me upstairs and only tried to hide under the bed for a minute and then came out. I still had to pick him up and put him in the shower, but then he was fine and as always he is all proud of himself now that he is clean, soft and smells good...LOL
