So apparently they started the thing where they request photo ID with full name and birthdate now to sign up. Anyone experience this? Never used to be a thing. Crazy!

I like at the airport how, depending on how a wear my hair is if i get through passport lol.

My photo is taken with my hair down, if I use a tail sometimes it won't recognise me.

I have 2 Facebooks. One with just close friends and family, and another with a few hundred people I don't know (and one guy who I found out later I shared a hotel room with) that I use for shit I don't want my family discussing.

 

That's a good idea. I don't really have too many people I do know and I just use it for sports news and mostly to see what band is playing nearby originally. My whole 8ball leagues though use it it's much easier to communicate to the league as a whole through Facebook so it's very handy. Of course my name is encrypted and no one really knows who I am anyway.

 

My partner just came out with a pony tail and told me where there band is, that's what she wants cut off. She thinks she just needs a good trim after years of hair to her butt but it's the one feature I've admired forever was her long gorgeous forest of hair. I understand it needs a trim but this was half of it.

I pleaded to go half again. We settled on 2/3 of what was there. >.>

She's confident she'll grow it all back in 6 months though lol. I'll miss sticking my head in there while I sleep. It was my little cave of peace.

 

My nephew and his father can grow a full beard in a month.
I always say I don't get a five o clock shadow...I get a five day shadow.

I used to have to be clean shaven at a job I had, I would shave before the first work day of the week. Boss might complain on the last day but by then what's he gonna do? Send me home to shave...

 

Wow, only hours after advertising my guitar for sale, 1000€ bundle, I already have a buyer but she is a bit rude. Telling me things like "you will send me your email address. I will let you know when I can pay, you are to delete the ad" lol. How about I delete the ad when you pay?? How's that sound?

I deleted the advert though, since I got a bite rather quickly, I'm sure if this falls through then I can do it again.

 

Reminds me of when I sold my car. Dude says he is very interested. It was only $300. Really it was just for parts.
And then he is telling me he wants to make payments.
Mother fucker if you can't afford 300 then you sure as shit can't afford to fix it. And my yard isn't your garage.

 

i read the email a little wrong it said she'll let me know when she has sent the payment through. Then there is nothing for a couple of hours now, I hope she doesn't reneg because I already know where the money is going. =p

 

I'm at work at my office job trying to make the best of it, trying to pay off my debt before I have to move back home and take care of my mom, who is getting older. I have a few more years to chill out before that happens I hope. I'm going to live it up in the meantime. I know I'll be back to Maine after my family in New York is gone. To their great dismay, it's where my heart really resides.

Just thoughts I've been having recently...

Otherwise, I've been cooking, cleaning, fixing up my apartment and trying to teach myself to sew with a sewing machine so I can make/alter my own clothing. I usually get distracted by video games, though.. and occasionally by a boy or two here and there.

hard to believe ive been coming on this site for over 10 years now...

 

It's hot as blazes outside in the sun.

The girls are playing in a tournament this weekend. The triplets and the older girl will be playing at the same park. That's probably the only time that will happen all year.

I need to set my sewing machine up. I've got some jeans to turn into shorts and capris and warm weather came early!

 

Lordy you have me in tears here. That was so sad to see.

The guitar while hard to let go will bring someone else a lot of joy probably.

 

Guitar sale was a scam. Email from PayPal saying I needed to finish transaction at a cafe, for 600€ more than I asked. I call PayPal, no dice. Emaikednuser back said I'd be alerting authorities.

 

Supposed to get cold AF this weekend though. Urggh
