What's Happening?

After reading that post^^^ I realized it probly fits better in the stones lounge.

The woman from yesterday, calls me today and screamed I got her in so much trouble for calling 911 on her. She never wants anything to do with me again.

I guess I have to see a therapist.

 

How so, Pete? Sounds more like she's the one who should see a therapist.

 

Usually, here, the radiologist isn't in the room during scans.

A technician does the scan, checks to see that the scans are made clearly, and sends them to the radiologist who looks them over and then sends a report to the doctor who ordered the scans.

Here, you don't get any opinion from the technician who performs the scan, and you never speak to the radiologist who "reads" and interprets the scans.

Everything is handled between you and the doctor who ordered the test.

I'd say that's a wise decision.

 

That is often the reaction of someone who has mental health issues.

You know you did the right thing in trying to make sure she was safe.

Sometimes letting someone go (friendship) is hard but necessary.

 

I kicked ass in pool tonight. my best by far performance I think I've performed. A perfect 4/4 and 100%

My first three games were all very strategic. My first game took 16:04 to finish. I never looked like winning until the end. My first 4 shots were all defensive and my saving grace was that his one yellow remaining happened to be on the jaw of the middle pocket but one ball length up from centre so if I had him down the bottom end of the table he couldn't sink it. And he tried about 4 times to just judge it off the cushion and there was one moment where I said "okay fuck it, I probably should never had a chance to win this go get him" so I did. And made a huge shot to get me started and then I just ran him out. It was the best tactical game I've been in.

Second game was the same. Long snooker match. Again I never looks like winning but I just hung in there.

Third game was against the guy I played first game and we were back into our snooker match. Again he'd run away with the lead and again I'd pull it back. At the end we were just lightly touch the black ball leaving up against rails. I gave him a chance to win and he didn't take it. It was a hard rail shot into the corner but it could have been done. I'd have gone for it. But he plays safe. Few shots later he messed up hos safety and easy shot for me.

Fourth game I played a young girl. The only ball she sank happened to be mine. I never gave her a chance.

Now I'm on 7/10 for the season, 70% - the best of my team and they put me into third starter tonight based off last week.

Next week I /should/ be #1.

 

My team sucks this season though and we blew a 8-5 lead to lose 14-10.

When I got back to the truck I said to my girl "what a pack of farken shit cunts"

 

Mia had the car today and just came home. She opened the door from the garage into the house and looked sheepish and said mom......I knew what was wrong as It sounded like a tank rolled in. I called and booked to have the exhaust fixed on Friday.

Now I can tease her about "breaking" it.

 

It is such gorgeous weather here! I've been out all afternoon in a tank top and jeans. I've seen younger people in shorts but I haven't broken mine out yet.

 

At 32F I will be in a sun dress in the garden. it's my perfect temperature, if it's still with no wind. I just don't feel the cold. I can garden and walk and play with dog without the dreaded sweats that make me uncomfortable.

 

The kids play in a Fall Ball league.

It's horrible to be in all those clothes for sitting outdoors; especially when you have to use the restroom and there are so many freaking layers of clothes to deal with.

I'd love to live somewhere with temps between 50F and 90F. That would be my ideal.

 

Out on the porch, I hung my red twinkle lights along side my white twinkle lights. It's Valentines season, you know...

Went to macdoggles.
Neglected the chips because I didn't want the oil, just got burger and some nuggets... stomach ache. =\
