I had my climbing wall with a bungee type harness you could wrap it around your ankles and dangle .. really good for the spine to decompress but the cord broke and Ive not interested in fixing it.. did play on the climbing wall part not long ago and thought, how did I not break my neck doing this a few years ago..

Need to give the pups a bath but just feed them. I will wait till they poop first. Just in case they walk in it and have to clean them again 5 minutes later.

We went to the check up and we got a totally different doctor than ever before. This was a newish clinic, an expensive one but we wanted someone in sexual health that was a female and we found her. She was Indian or Pakistani or something similar to that side of the world and culture. I was only uneasy with this because I wasn't sure how she was going to react with two women lovers but I thought since we were in the room together it should have already got her wondering

She was great. She'd show us doctorates and certificates from oxford, another place that wasn't Harvard but one you hear of etc. places in Britain etc. and she'd gone all over the world. Specializes in sexual health so she was the one and we picked well.

We were there for a few things. Shots, pap check and the breasts.

So they went behind the curtain for the Pap test, I said that wasn't even a concern for me I know she's healthy down there and all thumbs up and the doctor told Laura she was very clean and healthy. I knew that though.

Then was the breasts. Now if she starts her menstrual cycle very soon I will be even further relieved but since we both use contraceptive pills to mask that cycle, it's hard to know when and if we'll even get them and also hard to remember when. But this was important deal about breast checking as we were told not to bother when you're just coming up to that cycle.

So she starts with the right breast and knew exactly where to go straight away and she finds something small and says see I think this is the fibrosis. She then went to the suspect left breast and felt the lump straight away though she was never concerned. The shape was more an elongated oval of sorts. She also said she thinks that's fibrosis and "look you have this on both sides did you know that?". Well I thought I was feeling ligaments so I felt on both sides.

She was so blahzay about it and at the end we got what I already imagined to be the most positive outcome of the day which was "I think it is just fibrosis, but you have to take a precautionary biopsy and ultrasound just to be safe". I think the biopsy and ultrasound are two nasty words that automatically induce panic and fear. Realistically though this was the best news. I knew since we could physically feel a difference that even if she thought it's fibrosis there was no way a doctor would ever let us leave without it being looked at properly.

Before we left home I said the best case I think is going to be "I don't think it's cancer but we just have to be sure" and we basically got that.

Laura is a bit more afraid of the big needle they're going to use. She's good with needles she'll be alright but that's her fear at the moment. She doesn't think it's cancer.

I read a internet site http://breast-cancer.ca/brosis-oid/ must be a Canadian site. If you look at it I'm not sure if it looks like a legit site lol with a dorky reindeer but that whole article is deadest pin point exactly what we are dealing with and all signs point to the fibrosis from the feel, the shape, the placement, the fact it's in both breasts (they said cancer is mostly going to come in one breast) and the fact that it can attach itself to ligaments which is exactly what I though I was feeling to begin with in that pectoral area.

I'm sure this is what it is, just more pronounced on the left breast than the right. I think and hope anyway. She does have heftier breasts so makes sense more knots and ties would take place.

I read that 80% of these are benign. We need to be in that 80% -cross fingers- I think it all points to fibrosis though.

    Wow guys holy shit!

We just went out to get something to eat from a take away store that was open somewhere in central strip and I am stoned and not driving so my partner is driving. We come to T intersection from our suburb area and we turn left into the straight, car before us turns right into it and My girl starts screaming and she stamps the brakes and this other Truck head on crashes the car that turned before us. We stop still and they come into us and smash into us. There is debris everywhere it was like a NASCAR wreck. The street lights were on, steam, smoke and plastic everywhere. Battery thrown 7 meters away.

The car in the middle was destroyed on impact but they were out of the car first and I couldn't believe it an elderly couple 60-70s shaking in shock I went to the truck with a bullbar no damage really and I open the door the driver is like in a seizure. I'm trying to talk to him but I get nothing he's just out of it completely.

My Laura is running around on the phone. Of all she's just going through she's the hero with no cape she looks after the elderly couple I'm just looking at this other driver I didn't think I should try to move him.

All the units come, the man finally come to and he can only scream. He's just screaming. I'm not sure what he took but he was not in control of himself or his truck.

I tried to get photos but the police told me off. I'll get some of our truck. Really if I had my bullbar we'd be okay but at the same time if we did then the other car might be worse. It was a decent impact into us but it doesn't look that way. Backing our car or though was so ugly sounding as it was crinkled and ontop of the other small car.

Two seconds earlier and we'd have made that turn he'd have collected us and the angle would have been his bullbar right into Laura. 2 seconds later we'd never had made the turn. Wrong place, wrong time.

The small car literally was pushed from the grilling and all up into their windshield it looked horrible like I say I'm so surprised they got out alive. I thought the worst straight away. These two cars hurling towards us. I knew we'd be okay safety wise but they hit us.

Since the ranger is relatively flat on the nose I think it helped absorb. Anyway the whole front will need replacing and there's hood damage. I know some will say should have had a bull bar but I'm glad we didn't because as the small car got head on and impact threw it back into us, it could have hit a lot harder with our bullbar. It sucks but I'm glad we didn't.

Battery acid has eaten all our chrome. =[ it's a mess a bit but no leaks or anything. Not sure how the guy is. I didn't want to speak the worst and blame drugs but from what I saw right at the spot, it was either a seizure, an overdose or he blacked out from medication. There was no skid marks because the impact stopped them. He never saw it.

It might be a moose actually lol. I'm looking at it again. Well if that site isn't legit then it's almost too coincidental for us. I'm going with it. :)

We don't want go out driving anymore. I don't know what has happened to us this week I feel like it's been the dramas of Irminsul.

I'm starting to get a sore neck and shoulder form whiplash. My girls legs feel heavy. I think we might just emotionally drained and ready to have a good long sleep.

We are still so hungry though. I'm going to make something small now and then when the shops open in the morning soon I will order a delivery from somewhere.

I'm just like, man, I cant defend drug driving or medication driving after what we just went through. Even if maybe he Had a seizure of medical fit epilepsy maybe, he really shouldn't have been driving. I hope he's okay too but unless he sees a photo he'll never understand how luckily all 5 of us really were.

fight the insurance for depreciation..not just the repairs

most people settle for getting things repaired but they forget that now their almost new vehicle has an accident on record and is worth less than the exact same vehicle that hasnt had any repairs

That's a very good point thank you. :) writing this down.
We called insurance we have to wait for the police report with the details before we can claim.

Thanks Aeri. I'm just shocked now. I'm not understanding 2017. It feels like bad karma yet in retrospect good and postitive outcomes.

The police have already given us the report back via email with insurance requirements of the other cars. I'll lodge that very soon.

I can't remember in my long list whether I said this but after I opened the door and the driver was in a seizure, I ran to my miss to tell whoever she was on the phone to to say one driver is not well.

I didn't know what to do with him at the time to me it was more comfortable to leave him in the car in the seat. But as his seizure slowed down I really did think I was watching a man die in front of me. And I remember I was looking for something too, like an angel of sorts. I was expecting to see something peaceful because all went quiet and slowed down and it was like wave crashing on you as you drown (I've almost drowned in a rip tide).

I hope he's okay. I really think possibly an epilepsy episode.

Unless he's shown a photo though I don't think he'll ever understand how close to tragedy we all really were. My car damage does no justice to what unfolded and how much mess there actually was. The roads definitely were icy, but this was falling asleep unconscious at the wheel.

He may have simply had a seizure from low blood sugar.
