What's Happening?

So Federer makes it through to the final of Australian open.I'm really pleased for him.Lovely guy.I hope he wins.Proves he was right not to retire.

 

And if he loses that would proof he should have?

 

No it's just good to see someone do well late in their career.Should inspire Murray to continue,as he approaches 30 I think.I'm a big tennis fan btw.

It's a great, sunny, breezy, brisk day here.

The girls have their afternoon club today so it makes my free time a little bit longer.

I'm not sure what I'm going to get into this afternoon, yet.

 

Day before yesterday, my son was talking to me about helping to clear up the undergrowth, cut the overgrown, and take down some dead fruit trees in my back yard.

It's a talk that happens every year but that's as far as it goes.

 

I have been harping on the "no politics" outside of the Politics forum because we've lost some members who felt like they couldn't go anywhere on the forums without being in the midst of a political discussion.

I don't ask to be bossy. I just want people to have some places on the forums to get away from it.

 

I was still getting used to you taking a break from modding, aeri! Didn't even thought it was a break, I thought you wanted to quit. Sincerely meaning it when I say admiring you picking it up again :cheers2: I know I'd rather leave before taking on that responsibility!

 

It can be stressful but I'm learning to balance it with a little humor. That's helpful. I lean to the serious side so anytime you guys can make me laugh I really appreciate it.

 

I could take the responsibility I guess (if I really chose for it ) but not the stress. Besides, I would certainly piss more people off (although not by crossing the forum rules, just by enforcing them more strictly in some instances)

edit: stress would probably just be bearable as well, it is just extremely unwanted (same with responsibility, I limit it when I can. Only to be real responsible with the responsibilities I have left of course! :cheers2

 

I can be at fault at times but if a political view fits the thread topic should we talk about the weather instead?

It's 63 here. It's warmer outside than in. That isn't that unusual though.
