Der das die... Try writing correct deutsch. Then Irmi can righteously be a bigger spelling nazi than any native english speaker on here :-D

I think the same counts for Irmi :p That's why it would be enlightening to native english speakers on here to write in your best second language for a certain period of time. Then the native speakers of those languages can be the spelling nazis for a change. Just to put things in perspective (about how good we really write in our second languages compared to you guys) :p

Many times (not that last time obviously) but many times I will point out a mistake to educate. To help write better English. Often the person takes it as me being a grammar Nazi. I just now realized why.
So instead of correcting I will give a lesson so you can pass off as an English speaker better.(irm dosnt need much help, I thought English was her first language. She is always talking about Australia I thought that's where she was originally from)

If you are unsure to use an or a....it goes by the next word. If the word after "a" starts with a consonant then you use a.
If the word after "a" starts with a vowel then don't use "a" that is when you use "an".

You're actually the bestest of us non-native English speakers.
    The bestest.

Also, I walked by my local cafe and saw they're now offering frappuccinos.
    It has arrived.
And what the fuck is even a frappuccino????

Isn't that a made up Starbucks drink? A frozen cappuccino. If I remember correctly they sued a coffee place because they said it was their drink.

I'm going to have to start my set of rune cards again. This crayon just didn't work. It's too.. fat. And then... then as I sharpened it, it snapped in half at my fingers! I'm going to use paint instead. :) I was only four or so into the project so easy enough to start again.

My daughter in law is Puerto Rican and was raised, most of her life, in Orlando. I guess that place is like Little Puerto Rico or something. Lots of people there prefer to speak Spanish.

She still says things like "I'm going to take the babies a bath", or, "Look at the face she is making on that picture".

It kind of drives me a little bit crazy because she speaks very fluent English with very little accent.

I cleaned out the fire pit today. It was full of leaves.

I raked a big open path all the way around it.

I build a good fire bed in there.

All I have to do now is to go out and light it; then just feed it wood all night until I'm ready to let it die.

I gave up on the cat being in or out...since I have the floorboard up to help dry the room that was flooded she can come in and out as she pleases.

Have you used coloring pencils...those that are so popular in adult coloring books (of which I'm a huge fan lol)?

Crayolas are best, I know from experience...get the biggest pack you can find. I think they would do quite well on cards...just make sure and keep your sharpener nearby. I do when I "color" and really the pictures are impressive, if I say so myself. :)

We have crayola coloring pencils and I was testing them but for the paper I'm using, is hard to explain it's not smooth, it has little ridges and feels grainy when you run your finger over it. So when your run a pencil or crayon over it, the colors hit the tops of the ridges and leaves white marks which means you have to push a lot harder to get the colors to push into the gaps of the ridges. I would be sharpening the pencil every 5 seconds. Also to produce that blood red, or the darkness or the red I need to push in a lot.

I don't like texter though because you can see your color marks and it looks rushed and cheap. I didn't need to use this paper but I wanted something significant and different from boring old printer paper.

I think we'll use the pencils to color the outline and the corners then paint in between. :)
