I take AD drops.
I think it helps, as I notice a difference when I forget to take it for a few days in a row.

 

It's 55F outside right now and the dog and cats are sure enjoying it.

I've been playing "let this one in and let this one out" for about 5 hours now.

I'm done with that.

I put the dog in her kennel and told her it's "night night".

 

Anyone watch the president. I recorded it but lost interest 5 seconds in. I mean who cares what he says. He will be gone in about a week anyway.

Almost done packing for Mexico. Lost 6 lb of Aerianne's 13 day fix. I'm very happy for what I was able to lose in such a short time. I WILL continue my wieght loss with healthy eating and a great exercise regime.

If it weren't for Aerianne I would have been another person making that New years resolution.....and then putting it off until next year....lol

Definitely gave me the kick start.

Ideal weather and temperature
Real authentic food
Always wanted to see the Mayan ruins

 

I've got fascinations with those sorts of things too. Aztec, Peruvian, Egyptian etc. I just can't even imagine myself in those sorts of countries. A shame really. I just don't think I'd feel safe. Actually I wouldn't feel safe. :unsure: even to visit Troy in Turkey I just couldn't imagine myself doing that. Not at the moment or any time soon anyway. Be safe.

Mexico is pretty fun. Haven't been in a few years though.

 

I think Peru is pretty safe, and parts of Mexico. I would have visited Turkey just a few short years ago, now i'm not so sure.

If I did those sorts of countries then I'd have to do the exact opposite of what I do when I do travel. I'd be in a big ass group of people so if something is going to happen we wouldn't be alone or hopefully happens to someone else, as mean as that sounds and I wouldn't feel comfortable driving anywhere on my own.

That's how we travel though, on our own (friends) and in our own hired car. No buses or trains. Just drive it ourselves. Experience what the folks that live there do. Take their routes. Drive their roads.

 

visited Egypt in 2003, i wasn't impressed.. I was actually depressed because id seen this monument in this place in books and pictures.. but only 6miles or so away is the piss smelling Cario. Fuck this shit. Still great from a certain perspective but other than that. ant hill made by peoples.. fucks less about it once seeing it..
