So, I'll be hanging out at home today in the sunshine with my pets. The eye doctors are closed for Black Friday.

It's a thing to describe the level of sections of seats (at least in stadiums)I might have been on the mezzanine deck. But that wasn't what I was trying to say. If someone says they were in the mezzanine section the listener would assume you were in a seat just below the upper deck. I was not near a seat which is the reason for the post I made.

I guess I should wake hubby up. I let him sleep since we didn't have to scoot off to an eye doc today.

I want to go to the store and get some drinks before my edibles kick in and I need hubby to stay with the dogs so I don't have to bring them inside and crate them.

I'm cleaning off the front deck so I can move my plants up against the house, still in the sun, for Winter. There's alot of leaves covering the junk out there right now.

I brought home one leftover plate from yesterday. I'm going to eat it for dinner and then not have a bunch of leftovers in the fridge forever.

I enjoyed the visiting someone else for Thanksgiving.

    That reminds me.

I need to buy cranberry sauce when I run for drinks.

    Thanks, Pen.

I only went to the Dollar General and they were out of cranberry sauce! I have some pears or something canned that might taste good along side my Thanksgiving Take Home Plate.

I got my front deck cleaned off. It's so much better without all the hubby's shit strewn all over it.

The plants should be happy where they are, under the eave, in the sun, against the house.

I made cranberry sauce this year. Its something i've never bothered eating because my family always has the canned stuff (that no one eats, and yet someone loyally puts on the table year after year lol) but this year i wanted to bring something we dont usually have so made some homemade.
And i've actually never eaten turkey at thanksgiving either, i'm not a big fan of turkey or chicken, but turkey smothered in cranberry sauce turned out to be really delicious so i've killed 2 birds with one stone and opened up a whole new world of thanksgiving food for myself!

I don't think I've ever heard someone say they didn't like chicken. So do you only eat red meat?

When I ate meat, I was essentially the opposite -- almost only chicken. No pork or beef, all of the "gristle" freaked me out, I think. I could eat it if it was very well disguised.

I actually do eat chicken but generally only well disguised, like you were with red meat lol. I like it in soup and pot pie, curry, etc, i dont care for it by itself. No matter how well prepared, turkey and chicken almost always tastes dry to me unless served in some kind of sauce or broth.

I may be going to my sister-in-law's house today. I'm not really sure what hubby will decided about that.

The eye doctor that is open today doesn't take Care Credit. I'll wait 'til Monday now.

    It's ramen noodle time.
