I doubt it. Most pawn shop owners just want to make some money, so they will take it and sell it for double what I would've gotten for it. Most pawn shop owners are like used car salesmen, they'll sell anything to anybody who's willing to pay for it. They could give a shit if it's stolen or not.

yeah, I'd return 'em. If the person didn't offer a reward, I'd try and gently suggest there should be some sort of reward. I mean, that's a lot of money, surely you could part with even a couple hundred bucks as a thanks for not stealing my expensive stuff reward, right? hrm.

 

I would check for an ID number on its bottom, then take it to the pawn shop if I found there was none
