what weed is the best?

I have been to A'dam many times, my buisness partner and I have been going every year since we were in collage together 10 years ago. I am very familar with Dutch weed and on the whole it is not as good as the same weed in the US. The only places I have seen weed of the quality that you can get here are the Greenhouse and Barney's, and even there it's nothing spectacular. And as far as proper Diesel I have seen what they call Diesel in Holland and it bears only a passing resembalnce to the real thing. And as far as the haze goes there is nothing like what we get here avaiable in A'dam. I'll add that I feel like Dutch weed has been going downhill for the past 5-6 years. The Dutch do havethe best hash going, though it comes from elsewhere.

 

Real buds? Don't try to ack like a snob kid, Amsterdam doesn't have SHIT on the US in terms of quality of herbs. I've smoked weed from the dam, and not once was it something to write home about. Now the care packages me and my buddies get from San Fran.....that's another story.

edit: Homie, just had to add, its funny that you think that the dutch are the only ones who can "properly grow" haze, when a proper haze can't even be flowered outside in that part of the world.

 

You're talking about coffeeshops mate. The stuff I'm talking about is rare in dutch coffeeshops. I'm talking about mates who also grow the real shit over here. It's not hard to grow better quality then coffeeshops do.

I don't think btw, I know the buds I'm talking about are very rare in the US. No offence mate ... coffeeshops have regular lower quality weed indeed. And when you visit the wrong one you might be smoking the worst crap there is, or find glass between your buds.

Those buds look very good to US standards btw. But wait a few days ... I will shoot some nice buds with my camera.

The "proper conditions" for growing haze don't exist in Holland and I'm wondering where your mates get "the real shit" Diesel clones over there, cause that's the only way it comes. You must mean that fake ass shit that Soma sells, not the real deal at all. Smoke a little outdoor from Cali. or Maui, or some real diesel from Mass. and then talk some shit.

I don't know, I just smoked alot of foreign buds and found quality that was even lower then coffeeshop quality.

I don't like outdoor weed at all ... give me indoor grown buds, that's what I mean with growing under ideal circumstances. Because there's less fuzz around buying indoor grow equipment and all kinds of fertilizers over here I think growers on average produce higher quality.

I take back my words, I'll change them a bit ... I am sure you will find quality buds much faster over here. All the foreign crap I have smoked never got me stoned the way I normally get ... Dealers nor Coffeeshops over here have the balls to sell that kind of quality I smoked from various countries.

I'm not trying to brag, I'm just telling it the way I experience ... But enough about this bullshit. It's not about the country, its about the kind of weed ... I stick with Mexican Haze or Silver Haze as the best kind.

 

First growing equipment is just as available here as there, don't forget that the US is the breadbasket of the world. Second, Haze is basicly a tropical outdoor strain and grows best under those conditions, places like Florida where it has the time to fully flower. Third certin places impart a quality to outdoor that can't be duplicated, what the French call terrior(sp?) in wine. There is no doubt where some Maui or Matituska NorCal outdoor came from, almost no matter what the strain. Fourth, where did that crap come from, Mexico? Jamaica? Thailand? These days most of their export is poorly processed and handled and midiling at best to start with. The limited amount of good stuff goes to the States where they can get the best price. The best US and Can. weed never makes it overseas for the same reason, so unless you've been here I doubt you've smoked it. Trust me I've been alot of places, I was a set carpenter on several international tours, have worked festivals and fashion shows all over the world, and travaled extensively on my own. North American growers have been doing it longer and on a much larger scale then the Dutch. Check out the best diffrent places have to offer before you say it's all the same. As far as finding good weed I have never had a problem anywhere (except Southeast Asia), then again I work at the rock factory so who knows.

Also, outdoor weed ime is almost always better than indoor if properly grown, if I could I would scrap my indoor setup and grow outdoors but it's not in the cards right now. Light intensity is measured in "lumens", dragon, and no man made light puts out more lumens than the sun

Also isn't haze a polihybrid of mexican, south american and thai, or something like that? (I forget, remember reading that somewhere) Does the mexican haze lean towards mexican landrace or something?

don't be butthurt when i say it dude, but haze originated in california in the 1970s. as did skunk #1, even the seedbanks in your country have said this. let's not forget bubblegum and trainwreck. ask canniabis culture and hightimes, even they'll tell you. i guarantee you man, the westcoast of north america has pot every bit as good as your tiny country does. though honestly i've never been to your country, but still. many of your cannabis cup winners originated here in the states years ago. sorry bro, i don't buy it that the netherlands would have ideal conditions outdoors for growing true haze. ben dronkers himself said a true hazew from the 70s would take six months flowering time. that's simply not possible outdoors in the netherlands. while i'm sure your country has some of the best pot in the world, i'm willing to bet you that so does ours. kleep toking

right now me and my friends have this grass that we're calling green crack, its called that because it fucks you up soooooooooo fucking bad after like one hit its that intense, and for me to say that about any type of weed is real rare, i usually smoke time warp or hashplant

 

The best weed I've ever smoked was Blueberry crossed with Sweet Tooth, it was called Blueberry Sweet. It tasted sooooo good.

I've never been treated wrong by club weed no matter the variety. I really like ak-47. Its all a little pricey and not necesarily better than great nugs on the street. Its consistent, though.
