I had to google this but it looks so good! I'm going to keep an eye out for some head bits now!

 

No not Italian, but Mexican. It's made from - Yes the pig's head - and a special type of processed Mexican corn kernels. It's very laborious to make but OH SO DELICIOUS!!! Really YUMMY!! most times I just go to a restaurante to get it, unfortunately as with most dishes, homemade is best. OH it's a soup.

and I am steaming that tonight. have not had an artichoke for a million years...

also, while in the grocery store last night and cashier just rang me up.....over the loud speaker comes a message....for my car.....and that it was hit.....my heart sank and stood still....as Sully the golden was in the car waiting, and I was scared for him....they said HIT....

Long story short......Some lady was backing into the space next to my car.....scraped the shit out of my car.....cop was called to get information for insurance stuff.....It will cost 2k to fix and get the dent out.
I wound up feeling sorry for the lady who was elderly and did not flee. She could have....and now her insurance will go up...She was a nice lady, too.

I ordered "fannie packs" for the triplets. They saw some kid on youtube with one and they asked for them for their Easter gifts.

 

One of the needles or porcupine spines of my artichoke got stuck in my throat...and is still there....i am trying to work it out...I won't be eating another artichoke anytime soon.
