an assist bar to use as a towel bar because i couldn't find a towel bar that was short enough to fit. it was still less then twenty bux, so no problem.
(finally something more interesting then the usual groceries. i don't think i'll buy a 3d printer, a desktop milling machine or a car, until after the next time i move.)

I took cash to the stores, which is rare. I spent $39 of $40 at grocery store and then scrounged up change for the ibuprofen next door at Dollar General because my friends who work there missed me and wanted me to come by.

Aoyou 936 soldering station and one of those tiny tubes of lead free solder. I kind of regret the lead free solder but the station is excellent, at least compared with the stuff i was using before. 63/37 with a good flux is my favorite, it wets and flows so well, and its an instant melt, and instant freeze with no slushy state where you gotta keep everything completely still while it sets, which can be tricky on some awkward stuff.

THIS NEW LEAD FREE CRAP IS NO GOOD!!! The old stuff from the 80's WITH LEAD was SO MUCH BETTER!!! ;) lol, it really is better though, at least when your doing stuff by hand. In large scale manufacturing where robots do it, or reflow soldering it probably makes no difference.

On Thursday I bought a matching duvet cover for Mia to remake into matching curtains for her room. When I bought the originaol duvet cover they were out of stock on the curtains but had not received more in since then. So before they sold out I bought another one and made her curtains. I had enough fabric to also make her matching dresser scarves.

    That was yesterdays project. :)
