    Been On A Health Kick For The Last Few Weeks And So I'm Buying Lots Of Fruit, Either To Blend

    Or Just Munch Out On.......But It's Not Cheap Eating Healthy.......Even My Mate At The Fruit Shop

    Agreed When I Walked Out With $56-00's Worth......He Said You Could Buy A Lot Of Junk Food

    For That Amount GLEN....... :) .

    Onya mate. Yep, I've been buying more fruit and trying to remember to drink more water

    also forcing myself to eat more spinach

    I out a bunch of frozen spinach in a pyrex bowl, sprinkle sea salt and pepper (sel de mer et poivre), a wee bit of butter and a sprit of lemon from a plastic lemon

    Then I nuke it for 60-90 secs and keep checking to see if it's edible

    also fresh egg omelets with havarti and spinach (eggs bought from farmers that is - there's lots near me)

    I buy a lot of frozen fruit (and some vegetables admittedly, under duress) hoping it retains a fair amount of goodness and hasn't got much sugar added

    it takes a lot of thought to stay committed to healthy eating and I'm fair to good at it but not 'very good' yet

    A home made apple pie for CAD$9.45, in North Augusta Ontario, on County Road 15, which runs from Merrickville, Ontario, down to the St. Lawrence River, less than a mile from NY state on the other side of the river.

    a couple of small outboards..both need repairs

    i dont like 2 cycle engines but the price was right so i added to the pile of things i own that need to be tinkered with
