i just ordered a volquartsen trigger hammer kit for my gun...i figure winter is a good time to tinker with it and get it ready for next hunting season

going to make some redneck spring spacers for my atv struts

Every time snow is forecast here there is a mad run on bread and milk at the grocery store. If you wait until the last minute and go right before the snow hits, the shelves will be completely bare by then.

There is a running joke here that everyone eats milk sandwiches when it snows

And to make it more ridiculous, snow usually melts within a day or two so its not like we're trapped and cant venture out to the store within a day or two anywas

Oddly enough, yesterday I bought a little TY honey brown bear with golden eyes named Brownie.
Some jewelry gift boxes from the dollar store.....3 in a pack of different sizes for a dollar.....beautiful boxes make gift giving fun, and I have been looking for these....as they sold out before Christmas in different colors.....I picked some plain white 3 packs to make paintings on them, too....That will be fun.

I have so many birthdays to give to next month near Valentine's Day.

 

I ordered another vintage rhinestone brooch for my daughter's bouquet.

I gave her 8 when I saw her on Saturday. I've received two since then.

The one I ordered today is the first one with deep purple rhinestones in addition to the clear ones.

This is really fun to me.
