Red Papi lycra/Spandex blend low-rise briefs.

My waistband looks different, but otherwise these are pretty much the same as in the photo. I've become a major fan of briefs that have a bulge in front like this that both make room for and support my package. (Calvin Klein's hip briefs are a big personal favorite.) Can't stand traditional briefs anymore. And the silky synthetic stretch fabric feels terrific.

 

I wear regular Hanes tighty-whities when I do wear undies, such as for work and they seem to accommodate my package sufficiently. (and I am actually a Papi)



I have seen some of those newer undies with the "cod piece" and find them unattractive, even on the young underwear models.

I don't think I'd call these "cod piece" undies -- just the fabric better cut to better follow the form of my anatomy down there. To each his own, but I personally love the way these things look and feel on me (which I find reasonably well-represented in the "young underwear model" photos).
