i dont even open repair books anymore youtube and google save me so much time and guesswork ...especially when its a car im not familiar with
I knew a guy with the wagon version. Not only was keeping up with traffic a chore, keeping it in a lane was like herding cats.
And you can have it all on your mobile and bring it right under the car with you! No more greasy dog-eared repair manuals, just a greasy phone, lol
2016 white Kia Soul. I liked it when I bought it--its cute and quirky but reliable--but now I see them everywhere. Seems to be one of the most common cars out there. One time I came out of the grocery store and, after unlocking the car by pressing the button my key, I tugged on the hatchback baffled as to why in the hell it wasn't unlocked. Pressed the button again. Still nothing. About 20 seconds later I realized it was the wrong car.

still have it. it has just gone from looking pretty nice to looking like a beat up shitmobile. it still works great though. winters and potholes and work have just taken a toll on the outer appearance. hmm, i thought everyone had a honda crv. literally, i think i have 4 co-workers with identical versions of it. of course, that's only half the vehicles around here; the other half are various pickup trucks with 22 foot tires and confederate flags flying in the back.

Mine's a '92. It was a base model, steel wheels, cloth seats, no power steering or windows. Over the years we've added leather seats, stock alloy wheels, new glass window top, roll bar, lowering kit, bigger sway bars, tower and chassis braces, white instrument cluster, header, stainless exhaust, freer muffler, a super charger, and a few other things. It has around 100,000 miles on the clock, handles like it's on rails, but pretty stiff. I've only had it off the road a few times in some tight bends. Don't drive it much now, but I used to drive it year round in snow, sleet, and rain. Had about a half inch of water in the cockpit one time when we got caught in a hailstorm/deluge with the top down. I hate putting it up. I'd love to test drive the new Fiat version as I like the looks better than the new Mazda.
