touch, rub, caress, lick, suck... get comfortable with them...they're like marbles, except more sensitive. It's like a magic lamp or a crystal ball, create a rhythm, a gentle motion, get used to multi-tasking.

It's all situational I suppose, but in my experience the best way to make sure the job doesn't last too long is to focus on multiple levels and layers of experiences in that area. So get to know them, learn how sensitive they are, learn what you can do with them, and slowly build up more skills until you're completely comfortable with your role in that area and it comes as second nature.
