took a dip in the pacific! finally got some sea water in my dreads

 

not for an athlete, but yes it's quite low if you don't have much muscle. It's very healthy if you eat right and work out regularly and correctly. Which is why I have my classes I've worked out hard for years so I'm certainly in no danger of becoming a stick woman.

BMI is different than BF. Mine is 20 I believe. As far as body fat goes it's healthy to shoot for the low 20's % if you're female who doesn't work out.

 

that is awesome. They probably always thought you were a badass and finally had a chance to express it to you. People are strange. It's easy to be self-conscious when you look different but nine times out of ten I think the people who stare are more intrigued than anything else.

I got some financial shit done today which was annoying but good.

 

I used to have a cute spaniel soft toy as a kid and it was my favourite thing ever til my mum threw it away out of spite. I've been trying to track it down for three years and apparently it's pretty rare. I found two on eBay last night but they both ended last month and one had no bids so I emailed them asking whether they would relist it and they did! They even ended the auction early for me. Gwwwa well happy.

One of the moms came up to me after school was out because she saw me carrying my canvas's and she said "Ooooh I heard you were giving a presentation on your art...how'd it go? While she was asking me her neck extended outward and she was trying to see what was on the canvas. I told her it went great and then she said..."Woah...whats that?" as she pointed to a dismembered hand holding the world. And I said...its a dismembered hand holding the world. lol. She asked if she could see my work and then said in a very genuine tone....Wow thats really thought provoking. I like it a lot.
Then the leader of the rat pack as I like to call her...came scampering over and snuck a peek too. She smiled and said..."I dont get it but its nice" Which I think is a compliment.
Then...one of the dads who is a cop came over and said..."I bet your presentation went way better than my did cuz your art is intriguing."
WOW!

I totally agree. I think now that they've made the connection between dready lady and artist they understand me a little more. lol. I think before they knew about my art...they just didnt understand my "weirdness". People tend to feel uncomfortable around things they cannot classify or understand...Now that Im classifiable Im not a threat? I dunno.

made with real sugar down there. we just went cheap up in the states and went all high fructose corn syrup. bleh. I'm pro-sugar. How does it cause kidney stones faster?

I applied at a Christian University today to finish my degree. Im not Christian but would love to go there. Everybodys so nice and live very clean lifestyles. Plus they have an amazing counseling program that Im interested in. I could get my BA in counseling in 15 months and then either get an MA in education or counseling after that in only 12 months! I hope they dont deny me cuz Im not Christian!

 

Ha i was just messin coke is bad for you in general but it tastes pretty good i just figure the sweeter the worse it is and the one from mexico has alot of sugar

at least it's more natural based and not chemically enhanced....

thats my argument for butter over margerine as well. I just like the good old fattening stuff heh heh heh.
