I take that as a confirmation that you vote for the Democrat party candidate and are a liberal.

Quayle. What a dumb son of a bitch. Maybe Quayle-Palin would be a good ticket for the repubs. Nah---even the repubs are ashamed of him. And they're not ashamed of much. Sad thing is--they'd get half the vote.

i thought it was confirmation that you are careless in your quote-gathering, and that dan quayle is in fact a stupid republican

    i think even republicans acknowledge this . . .

Stupid Republican or stupid Democrat, not much difference that I can tell.

What I find most ironic in these forums is the preponderance in defining Repubicans/Conservatives as dumb or stupid but rich while presenting Democrats/Liberals as smart or intellectuals but poor

The necessities of life have never been free, in the sense that their acquisition has not required some form of labor. While all have a right to life, it does require some effort. I hear complaints of the rich not paying their fair share while no one seems to care that a growing number of the society pay no share at all. Perhaps the President and First Lady should have their titles changed to Father and Mother as more and more our government has been taking the place of parents for a growing number of the society, while burdening the adult population (those who pay taxes) to fund the care of the children regardless of their age.

dan quayle gets called stupid because he is stupid

he gets called a republican because he is a republican

no need to read anything into either statement, they are simply facts

oh, right, i remember, "facts are stupid things"

Why would you claim facts to be stupid things? Facts, which can be proven are quite valuable things.

People, regardless of political party often make stupid claims. Speaking of Dan Quayle, the most memorable thing was his misspelling of the word potato, adding an "e" to the end. Who presented us with the following facts?

    1. 200,000,000 slaves were thrown overboard crossing the Atlantic, altering the ecology of the ocean?

    2. "I'm here" (born in 1961) "because of the march in Selma, Alabama." (1965)

    3. "I've now been in 57 states...1 left to go."

    4. "You have to pass the bill to find out what's in it."

    5. "Melting ice could release enough water to cause a 20-foot rise in sea level in the near future."

    6. In reference to Freddie Mac, 2003. "I do not think we are facing any kind of a crisis." and "Fannie and Freddie posed no threat to the Treasury."

The point is NOT to put down Democrats or the Left in favor of Republicans or the Right, but instead to point out that we need to look into what each of them tell us, and recognize that none of them alone or even collectively are all that competent in running the government, much less our individual lives.

As an individual, each of us, including myself have to take responsibility for our mistakes, and when not directly responsible for the mistakes of others should be free to make choices on our own as to where, when, who, or how we might help. We need to lose the attitude that someone else can afford what we want or need and therefore they should become responsible for providing it. Government only creates the currency we use to purchase things, wealth is created only by those who produce the products and services available to us.

Many, perhaps even most people live each day as if it were the last, and others set aside something for our future. Unsustainable debt can destroy not just an individual, but a nation as well. Government spending has made government dependent on constant economic growth, which results in inflation and a weak currency. Government should NOT become a charity, and all laws created by it should be equally applicable to all citizens, rich or poor. Government has no right or responsibility in equalizing the outcomes of each individuals lives in a 'free' society.
I cringe when I hear talk of spreading 'democracy' which has become just another term for 'socialism', when we should instead be trying to spread 'freedom' throughout the world.

Anyone that thinks Ayn Rand is a deep thinker. Vote for them!!! So simple.Just trust God, the right God. End all government and let the markets run FREE. A Free Market will give everyone all the Blessings we need. Of course, if you do not have these blessings that PROVES you are a Commie that hates Jesus and also think burning oil/coal/etc. is bad for Earth. In fact by burning fossil fuel we are stopping an Ice Age!!!!

Vote for those that worship Ayn Rand, Milton F, Greenspam.........Ronnie R or President Obama whose love of Insurance companies is greater than his love of people.

Remember "Health Care is a Privilege, not a Right." AMA Obama Care is welfare for Health Insurance Inc.s.

Fox News told me the Nuke plants in Japan could not leak, blow up or melt down. They just can not!!!!! They are not built than way!!! Surprise.
Chernobyl times many!!! Our "Liberal" leftist Government stopped testing for Radiation and fallout weeks ago. Now we are back spot checking a few samples of milk every THREE MONTHS. Works for me.

Vote for anyone outside the system.Please. A vote for the RNC/DNC/TeaWhatevers is a wasted vote. Check current news

Inequalities in ALL areas of life exist naturally.

A human being? Certainly, look up the definition of a human. Obviously I accept as fact that you also are a human being. Are we equal? Perhaps we are in some ways, and most likely we are not in many other ways. Why should we be?

All have a right to purchase whatever they can afford. Sorry to have to inform you, but little in life is free. And I see where you're coming from too.

And those who have been left behind? That can't afford to pay the middlemen? Those that have lost everything because of the rigged wall street game? You know--the middlemen that refuse care to those that need it sometimes. The middlemen that do not do much other than get between the healthcare system and sick people and rip off money as it passes by?The middlemen that cherry pick the healthy to insure and refuse to take the sick with pre-existing conditions. Yeah--I guess you mean those cocksuckers. Fuckinay you know where I'm coming from. Way--way to the left of you.

Friend, you know these right -wingers don't see it the way we do. The measure of a human is money. And money only. They have theirs and that's all that counts.

    gladly

equality - where everybody gets the same

equal rights - where people are given an even platform.

hence, it is clear that healthcare is an equal right - people should be entitled to it at the same price.

other things in this world, well, democrats have blurred the lines it seems. capitalism gives everyone an equal right to make a success of themselves - however, people seem to believe they deserve equality.

this is the other side of the coin - our world is fucked because of greedy bankers sure, but also a greedy, lazy society.

fact. i mean, hence the balance of payment deficit :clown:

so i wish people would stop talking out of their ass.
