What percentage of people are sane?

I know what you mean. You mean those people who are not connected to that 'reality' that the majority of us are, are the only ones who can be called 'insane'. But I think if we compare those people to us, and then compare ourselves to the hypothetical person without those afflictions which I mentioned in my post, we are all totally nuts.
