Mainlined a bit of tar yesterday. It really wasn't that good of stuff. Passed out from taking 4 bars then woke up today and snorted the most fire cocaine i've seen around here in 8 years. Actually over did it a little by assuming it was junk but im ok. Just REALLY high. lol

 

5AM- 3 hydrocodone 10mg. and 4 roxi 30mg. 3PM 3-4 of the hydros and 4 roxi 30,s. Got home and having couple beers before supper then bed.

40mg Hydrocodone. Plus, I had a doctor visit today and told him that my Hydro script wasn't lasting the whole month any more. I was hoping to get more Hydro's prescribed, but he pointed out that I'm getting 150 per month now. So he added Tramadol, 50mg, 120 per month. It's better than nothing, I guess. That should be enough to stretch out my Hydro's, but I know I won't take 120 per month, so this will be another one like Xanax that I'll end up with a massive stockpile of.

 

damn porkchop im super jealous. oxy and opana are the best. im stuck with some low quality heroin and a few hydrocodone.

 

10mg Methadone. 3 days until refill day, lol. Not high, but comfortable and as pain-free as I can expect without knocking myself out with a hammer.

This morning had some Kratom then later on got my hands on some mid-grade black tar heroin. had a couple beers to compliment but that just upset my stomach. also a few 25mg promethazine to go with the tar - these are nice because they help with the itch and any nausea, and the sedative effect will make nodding easier if thats what your going for.

 

500MG of tramadol. Taken all at once obviously. Along wit 30MG of DXM just for shits. Bout to smoke a roach in an hour.

This same combo had me nodding pretty damn hard last week and I woke up on my bed at 5am with a giant spot of drool where my head was... Success! 500mg of trams seem better than 8 vicodins by a lot (the max without CWE 5-500) and lasts a LOT longer. I even feel pretty drugged up when I wake up, especially I take this much, this late. Im feeling it a little an hour in. About 2am I'll probably hit the peak for an hour. Then slowly come down for many more until I feel it's time to sleep without wasting my high.

not enough! for this back pain. 2 useless tramadol and 4 5/500 lortabs. and later on closer to bed, 2 felxarl. wish ma ins. would pay these doc,s so i could get some better pills.
