What opioids are you on RIGHT NOW (Part 6)

about to have 500mg of 80-90% turkish heroin. Also some raw #3 afghan H soon as well.

 

Ahhh...you lucky bum. I am on 60mg of methadone and took three 10mg valium.

 

10mg of Valium (which is nothing to me, haha, it's just all I had lying around.

I haven't had any opiates since last night, which was only one 30mg Oxycodone, Iv'ed. Waiting on my gf to get back with 2 Oxycodone 30mg, and 2 Hydromorphone 8mg, which I will promptly IV all at once, haha.

I still won't get a nod, I never do anymore.

 

Yea, the valium I took is from an old script. I still have tons of those sitting around too. 10mg and 2mg. They are good with methadone.
I like hydromorphone but i can never find the 8s. I usually get the 4mg. They never make me nod though. Dilaudids give me a up kinda buzz. Thats why I like oxymorphone better. It gives me a good nod.

 

Yeah I get the 8's prescribed.

She JUST got back, so now I am setting up 60mg of Oxycodone, and 16mg of Hydromorphone for IV.

Wee.

EDIT: Instead of doing all of the Hydromorphone with the Oxycodone in one shot, I opted to reduce the Hydromorphone to 8mg, mixed with 60mg Oxycodone. Now I remember why I usually never mix these, because I enjoy IV Oxycodone over Hydromorphone.....which nobody seems to understand, everybody thinks IV Oxycodone is basically pointless because of the high bio-availability and lack of rush, and think that IV Hydromorphone is amazing because of the rush.

IV Oxycodone is great IMO, I do feel a little of a rush...nothing mind-blowing, but it is just more calm and relaxing. Hydromorphone is just the opposite, the rush is hard, but it seems to wake me up because it hits so hard, I never seem to be able to relax as much afterwards.

Also, I feel NO effects from oral consumption of Oxycodone anymore because of tolerance and how long I have been on this medication. Even with an oral dose of 300mg, I still was unable to notice any sort of strong opiate euphoria. Snorting Oxycodone I feel is a waste, because the bio-availability of intranasal Oxycodone is significantly lower as compared to when taken orally, and IV obviously, so I feel the extra 15-20% BA increase I get with IV over oral consumption really does help.

Anyways, when mixed together, even with only 8mg of Hydromorph and 60mg of Oxycodone, that little bit of Hydromorph took over the shot completely, and I didn't really get the calming effects I enjoy from Oxycodone alone. Still enjoyable, but I would rather do them separately.

I just put in 2 mg of Suboxone Film. I might treat myself to another 2 mg later tonight for a special occasion, but I am not sure yet.

 

I used to do opiods, was addicted. I'm free now though. Be safe all.

Yea, I like the hydromorphone rush a lot. But like you said, it doesnt have much relaxing properties. And Thats what I like so much about opiates and opioids. I have found that benzos or barbs help to potentiate hydromorphone. I can't do a dilaudid without them.

 

I like suboxone too. I have a whole script of 30 8mg tabs sitting here. Its part of my pill stash. The films are nice. I used to get those. But I prefer methadone for maintenance though.

 

about a 3rd of an 8mg suboxone. First time trying it, not to sure if I feel too much of anything but I don't feel bad and I haven't had any opiates in 24 hours so i'd typically be in W/D. How long does it take to feel subs? I took it about 20 mins ago.

 

6 Hydro 5/500's and 2 Tylenol #3's. Not great, but could be worse.

after talking to my cuz today where i got the morphine from we came to the conclusion that i go through about 9000 dollars street price of course of pills a month, lol Crazy, right........

since totalling my truck last week, i will make a effort to not go through as much and try to put some of that money in my pocket to pay for my new used gmc envoy denali i bought......damn 9000 bucks, one month would pay the bitch off..........
