50mg snorted of 75-80% pure afghan heroin that was refined in turkey. i bought a half gram and its filled with little rocks.

 

I had an amazing nod last night shared with my best friend. I took 7 mg of Subs. It was intense. I still feel it now (16 hours later!) but I won't be touching more than 1-2 mg of Subs for at least three days to make sure I don't run out early!

 

Yeah, I hate to overdo it too, because that's how my script runs out early, and I end up in situations like this, with 3 different kinds of Hydro's or whatever else. My script is for the Pink V 3600's (10/500) which are somewhat chalky, so they're easier to crunch up to parachute, or just let them dissolve in your mouth. I just got that refill in today, and I dropped 2 earlier, and just parachuted 3 more about an hour ago. Nice. They don't really knock out my back pain, but they reduce it enough that I can get around and have some kind of a life. I've also still got 6 of the yellow 10/325's from mon. and 16 of the blue Watson 540's that I got tue.

 

i smoked, plugged and smoke H all day yesterday and went through 500mg of High quaity H in 16 hours. I'm still nodding this morning and high as fuck.

ah the second smoke was supposed to say snort. smoking is just too fiendish for me but snorting makes me nauseaous. im just gonna stick to mxe for a while. opes are kinda wearing out for me.

 

Two 100mg. Fentynal Patches and everything is grooooovy! You should try this stuff. It also gives you a big boost in energy.

Whatsup. My opiate mission today was kinda fucked, instead of paying 30 for 40mg opana, i paid 35 for 1 1/2 roxi 30s. fucking bullshit, i couldve gotten 2 for five bucks more had i gone solo, and saved a ton of time. i'm not even nodding, FFFFUUUUU.

however, i did try 4-fma today, which is some awesomeness. it feels like 4mec, except chiller and longer lasting and better in general. for those not so well versed in drugs, its kind of like an in between of mdma and coke. better than both together or solo though, because of its mellowness. i also did some ketamine earlier. hopefully this beer will help me nod after i come off this line of 4-fma i just did.

Sorry I have been missing in action for a week. I was on a sort of vacation. Anyways, I am still taking the 'ol 3-4 mg of Suboxone Film per day.

I feel obliged to update you though on my psych meds. My new doctor (my old one retired) is really concerned that I am so damned sedated all day from the Zyprexa antipsychotic. This is a BIG development. The old doctor didn't seem to care. Anyways, he lowered my Zyprexa from 7.5 mg a night to 5 mg a night. It seems to be helping a bit!

Also, he took me off of Vyvanse (dextroamphetamine prodrug) because he thinks it isn't strong enough for me (I AGREE!! haha). So he put me back on 'old trusty' Adderall Instant Release (75% dextroamphetamine, 25% levoamphetamine). I take 3 10 mg tablets per day which helps A LOT for energy too. The levoamphetamine, while not 'recreational' acts to stimulate norepinephrine which aids in overall energy levels-- something Vyvanse lacked. And since it is instant release, it kicks in to wake me up quickly.

Also, I must add that I have been insufflating 5 mg of my afternoon 10 mg dose, which is very helpful as well. I used to do this when I took Adderall many years ago and it kept my energy levels decent and I never got 'carried away with it' like I would with opioids...haha...
