how do the subs make you feel? I know that etkearne says he enjoys them quite a bit and regularly gets high on them. Is that probably only because he's not really a former hard user or does everyone normally experience a good high from them?

can you describe the onset of feelings you had when you first ingested them?

 

Not particularly surprising considering that's not really a significant dose.

What did your doctor prescribe you for the pain from your surgery?

Also, what did they give you in the hospital for the pain, if any?

 

I had to have an emergency removal of my wisdom teeth, not really major surgery but apparently if they had been left much longer they could have caused serious damage to the nerves, which they were already starting to do.

I went to my 'regular' dentist on Monday and he wrote me a script for anti-biotics and also 16 5mg hydrocodone pills.

Next day (Tuesday) i went to the oral surgeon for the pre-op examination stuff and he gave me a prescription for anti-inflammatory meds, anti-nausea meds, also 15 5mg percocet. He also gave me 1 10mg valium pill to take the morning of the surgery. I was nervous but acted even more so, and he ended up giving me 5 more 10mg valiums to take periodically before surgery.

Had surgery Wednesday, and today (Thursday) went back to the surgeon so he could check everything was going ok, and when i was in the office a nurse gave me a 10mg percocet that i ate right then and there.

To supplement this, and also because of my own love for opiates i tracked down 2 30mg roxi's and added those to the mix which really helped.

 

dope again, shit was kinda weak (no rush) but i did four bags and im nodding like a narcoleptic. usually only takes two though.

shoot, but never more than 1.5 bags in a single shot. gotten lots of diff stamps: high times, danger w/ skull and crossbones, cant remember all of em. this one has warning in red letters.

 

I think that my ability to get a high off of Suboxone boils down to a few key factors:

1. I never injected - I never touched the needle and at 'worst' only insufflated OxyContin (pre-OP) so I don't know the 'magic' of the needle

2. I am realistic - I know that I am not getting quite the intense high as a pure opioid agonist. Ever again. BUT I train myself to enjoy it for what it offers, which is around 75% of a full agonist. I can still nod out occasionally, but it is much rarer than when I used full agonists.

3. I keep my tolerance low - I started using the Agmatine or Magnesium Chelate to lower my tolerance from the beginning of my Suboxone use, so I still get great effects off of it.

I hope this helps answer some of the 'mystery' of why I can manage to get strong highs off of Suboxone even after two years of being on it.

 

Took 6 5mg percocets today along with banging the remanents of a 30 i shot last night, remains didnt really do much. No more pain medication left from my surgery but oh well.

 

i was snorting 5 bags of herion a day, not feeling that high.
took 6mgs of suboxone yest. n could barley keep my eyes open took 2 more after work n holy hell puked once i was FUCKIN HIGH. i could,nt beleve how high i was.
but i,m sure tol. will creep up on me, does regular magnesium work did,nt see any other on the shelves anywhere?
and i have no desrie to go get herion, going to pick up all the time was making my anxity worse i feel alot better already in just 2 days.

 

Just for fun (to show how potent Buprenorphine is...), look at my conversion 'table' in the Sticky thread I wrote for this subforum. For example:

0.25 mg Suboxone/Buprenorphine = 5 mg Hydrocodone

So, 8 mg Suboxone is equal to 160 mg of Hydrocodone. However, the ceiling dose is around 6 mg, so you will only get to the 120-140 mg of Hydrocodone equivalent, range.

oh btw guys i actually tried H the other night for the first time.
but i did not get that fucked up on it? was it just shitty H or did i not do something right? somebody help me out.

 

it must have been shitty, you would have know it if it was good, like hittin ya in the face feeling. most of what i was getting was white fire from the herion capital of the U.S. jersey, had some tan/brown stuff that didnt compare.

 

Just ate a 30mg roxi, gonna shooooooooot one right now probably.

 

Im just kicking back trying to get into a movie while wearing the 100mcg fentanyl patch,i still nod here and there when it kicks in,i have a truckload of gabapentin that i take every now and then,they are 300mg caps.I have read where some people take 1200mgs or more of gaba at one time.What the hell,i will grab a soda and throw back a few.Have a safe weekend everyone...

 

I'd keep some Gabapentin in reserve. If the situation ever arises where you have to go through wd's Gabapentin will get you through it with ease. If you take enough of it. I just went through it. 2800-3200mg per day.
