Self denial is the improper use of denial. "You want to deny those things you don't wont not the ones you do.

I am not. How can that be if I am. It cannot be both.

How do our devotion appear when we are born. We are innately devoted to each other.

If this is the case imagine our confusion when we are told that the thing we love is disappointed in us.

It is not ours to choose what we are it having been given to us, but our language gives us the world we see

There is a class of terms we use that we do not know the meaning of but think it represents something.

Here is an example, unkind. You cannot be unkind you are always some kind. things that are not have no existence. To say you have been unkind is to misjudge yourself.

I am never unkind..........anger in life is just that, but I never do anything unkind.....actions always speak louder than words, don't they?

Have you never been scolded? I am not expressing any grief. I am demonstrating that during our programming as children things were misrepresented. the world we see has been taught to us and not one has failed in learning the lesson. The world we see is a bad lesson learned very well.

We have established that you are always some kind. Why would you be angry? Yes actions speak loudly. It is painful to be angry and painful to have it directed toward you.

Yeah...iknow what that feels like....and could not handle it very well.....but 20/20 hindsite as they say....when you are on the other end of someone's wrath and you did not even do anything, it is awful....especially from someone that you love and want them just to hold you......

Anger can be caused by lots of different things.....and it is not a bad thing....if you hurt me, I will be angry at you......etc......it is learning how to deal with any anger life incurs that makes all of the difference in the world, though.

I have been angry about that poor lion....etc.....there are many things to feel sad and angry about in the world.

Anger is not caused by many different things. Anger is the logical conclusion of fear. We get angry because we are afraid some value we posses is being threatened.

sometimes...other times not.....what value do I possess over being angry how some animals are mistreated?...and i cannot do a damn thing about any of it....Of course, that is very frustrating, and give angry feelings....so helpless in the face of it.....will I be angry and carry on for them or will i sit and continue to cry?

    That is an example.

Anger is never justified in any form. We may mistakenly interpret and so scare ourselves.

To justify your anger just represents an unwillingness to forgive and to forgive is to realize you had been mistaken in judgement.

To justify your anger is to say it is not just that we have peace.

The idea that they are having their value taken away. Your affection is a quality you posses.

If people did not get angry at things,....there would never be any change for the better.

Getting used to love is a strange process.. it truly challenges the saying that "if it's too good to be true, it probably is".

Background love, rather than interpersonal love.

This is the last defense for preserving anger. We have known only what we have been taught and think what we have been taught is all there is. To have a future different from the past requires a different choice in the present.
