I to suspended two guys today , one for coming to work as pissed as parrot and he is on a final warning so i will have to fire him , and the second one i saw walking down the road with stolen stock in plastic bag and he ran away when i ask him to stop , then when we conforted him about it this morning he called me a liar , even though i have a witness who saw the whole thing -so i charged him with 7 offence including gross insubodination, etc .I hate having to do what i am going to have to do , those guys have got families but through there only flippen stupidity their wife and kids will go hungry thats why i am so pissed off
