I love AUSTRALIAN music (from the 90's, like THE DIVINYLS, THE MOFFS and THE STEMS), and the CULTURE of AUSTRALIA. The island of TASMANIA, south of AUSTRALIA is supposed to be very good, with fine wines, and such, although it does have THE TASMANIAN DEVIL! NEW ZEALAND sounds like an excellant choice, as well!

The South PACIFIC ISLANDS are nice, as well: TAHITI, FUJI and TONGA (The Friendly Islands), for example. HAWAII is VERY SPIRITUAL, and has KONA COFFEE and MAUI "WOWWIE" (papaya-tasting?) reefer. Just watch for PSUNAMI's and EXPLODING VOLCANOES!!!

In CENTRAL AMERICA, COSTA RICA and PANAMA are popular retirement places of AMERICANS. PANANA is building an expensive RETIREMENT VILLAGE, on an island-atoll, for RICH AMERICANS to retire to! Although, there are probably many affordable places to live in PANAMA. Don't forget that PANAMA HAT!

There are PROBABLY BILLIONS of planets in our own MILKY WAY GALAXY, but who knows what they're like?

Right now, I'm more attracted to the SOUTH PACIFIC area. A TAHITIAN PARADISE, any one?

    HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU!!!

cameroi. it has a great monorail transit system that goes everywhere, no interstate highways, gas stations, or gun stores, all the libraries and retirement homes have free jacuzzies and the national animal is a psionic bear the physical size of a small squirelle.

it's completely landlocked though so it doesn't have any beaches, except on a couple of big lakes, but it's all forrested and mostly mountainous. politics is completely ad hoc and conforms to no known idiology or economic theory.

the dominant belief system is a cross between indiginous traditions and something a little like taoism. chauvanistic monotheisms account for less then one percent of the population between all of them.

there are no building codes and no border patrols and it is unconstitutional to pass any law that forbids possessing anything. guns and cars are neither sold, manufactured nor imported and the government does not maintain paved roads wider then a two lane bike path.

there are some laws against where you can build fences, though generally you can build one arround your house if you really feel like it.

I'm happy where I am but there are places I do want to go. I can't abide crawley insects so i'm not going to the places that contains them. I do like France, I'd like to try Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia. I would like to try Morocco and other situ's in the north african/mediterranean coast.

But apart from these rather close places I'm content in the country nay the area code where I'm at.

I'm happy enough here in Canada, although sick of the "North American attitude". HOWEVER. Given the chance I'd move to Denmark, Sweden or Netherlands in a flash.

If I had the money, I'd love to buy some land in Montana. As far as the big city goes, I wouldn't mind living in the Pacific Northwest, maybe Portland or Seattle. I've considered Alaska. Maybe I'll move there one day.

As far as anywhere other than the US, I'd love to live in New Zealand, Iceland, or somewhere in South America.

Toss up between the Hebridean Islands off the north west of Scotland (rather beautiful and peaceful, and you could grow shitloads of weed there without being found out) / New Zealand for it's chilledness, though I prefer rougher weather.

Ideal country for me would either be Denmark or Canada...
I like Denmark (Copenhagen in particular) for its bicycle "culture".
I love Canada because of our wilderness.
