what is your dinner tonight?

I just finished making some mango and pear chutney and am going to have it with wheat crackers and this yummy indie cream cheese Andy got- later on when I feel like dinner.

 

You can clean a chicken whenever, just make sure its properly refrigerated until you cook it.
Roast chicken in a crock pot? Really?
No working oven, Im guessing?


I had Albondigas.
Meatball soup with potato, carrot, rice and lotsa cilantro.
Its a mexican thing. Its yummeh.

 

We have an oven, but I want to try it in the crock pot, lol. Not to mention, we don't really have a pan we can use to cook it in the oven...

I made pizza last night, tonight we are having BBQ sausages on buns with caesar salad and veggies.

 

Kraft dinner just went down the hole

 

Some lousy store bought microwaveable chicken fried rice (that I’ll never buy again)

Which I smothered in duck sauce and soy sauce that I had leftover
from the last time I was actually sane and ordered out

That chicken smells alright, hopefully it turns out okay, lol. I stuffed it with potatoes and carrots, because I couldn't let such an enormous cavity go to waste, now, could I?

granted i washed it down with an expensive trappist beer, but still....it was a cold deli sandwich.....not exactly a high-society supper

 

With a bunch of things I'd have to make an effort to find, mind you! Ham and cheese and white bread is way easier to find.

 

hubby made me a sandwich with that weird fake veggie bologna stuff and cheese- and some tater tots. Weird veggie version of a junkfood dinner.
