24.4, ummm. Getting close to being arrested. I might go on another bike ride, come back and tell you all another tale.

    I thought 5' 11'' and 12.5 stone normal.

Cycling is brilliant for weight loss (if you want to lose weight that is) I've lost 2 stones and still sinking ... will be unhealthily underweight soon at this rate:eek::confused: Need to stock up on pasta:D

You're right, just don't do enough of it. Infact the last three months, (or this year in real money), I haven't done any exercise be it walking, footie or cycling.

I've been thinking about buying myself a road bike.

BMI isnt entirely accurate anyway as is doesnt account for body muscle, only body fat. It isnt reliable as a sole guide.

Apparently, I'm healthy but I think I'm really underweight. I have really thin legs, body and arms. Also, my digestive sysem is slightly worrying; if I eat a sandwich I would need to go to the toilet within the next 20 minutes. Is that normal?

I was looking up the health risks of being underweight, everyone knows the risks of being overweight but being underweight is also a serious problem.

Being too skinny is every bit as dangerous as being too large. On top of the physical symptoms Lithium mentioned, bouts of extreme dieting can also cause the subject to develop an eating disorder.

Anyways, I had to guess at my weight, as I don't own a set of scales. A rough estimate tells me my BMI is 22.5, which is almost spot on perfect for my height and build. Any less than 18.5 BMI, and you are heading for serious underweight territory...

I don't think that's too unhealthy. Not much to worry about. I'm about 6 foot and 12 stone, though was 10.5 before I became a student. Damn the lifestyle....

I have noticed my waist has gone from 32" to 34" over the winter months. I've not quite got the dart players' physique but I'm on the slippery slope to hell, cheeseburger hell at that.

Annoyingly I'm probably about a 33 inch waist, which means all trousers are either too loose or too tight....

Mine are all too tight as I'm not buying larger sized trousers, that would be a sign of giving up. It could be the elasticated waistline baggy trackie bottoms? Yeah, with cotton bassies and sweatshirts, plus a baseball cap and I'll be the adult Charver.
