I thought of soap on a rope. But...it came out a long time before I thought about it. That's the problem with inventing stuff...everyone else already has a patent for it. And a Billy Mays commercial advertising it.
Dude whatever dont trip, you learned ur shit, dont a sour puss. That part of your life is past, past aint shit anyways just now take it or leave it. sorry but yeah just go with what you got having regret is only gonna make u lame and sadder. Hope i taught somebody something at least.
Heh. Don't worry. The best part of your life is yet to come, indeed, it seems to only get better. Nonsense, get creative, there's plenty of stuff we could still use. My only regret is that I didn't open my eyes sooner. I could have been living the dream from I was 18 instead of waiting an extra 5 years. But I don't really regret stuff.
Selling A Car I Bought New In 1968.....Kept It In Storage For Nearly 30 Years..... Then Got An Offer Of $17,000-500 Which Was Considered A Fair Price. 6 Months Later The Value Had Risen To $60,000-00.... 6 Months Later...$125,000-00.... 6 Months Later...$ 240,000-00.... Since That Peak, The Value Has Dropped Back To About $130,000-00. But That Doesn't Ease My Pain In The Slightest.... Cheers Glen.
I Think Every Single Member Of "Hip Forums" Would Agree, You Made A Big Mistake Joining Up.... Cheers Glen.
Not sticking with Karate as a kid. Started when I was about 8 I think, if I kept it up, that would've been pretty awesome.
A Holden Monaro....Bought On The 28-2-68....Only 500 Were Ever Built As To Gain Entry Into A 500 Mile Race On Mt Panorama Here In Bathurst.... It Was A Coupe Version Of The Holden H.K.Series, But Was Modified To What I Believe Was U.S. Camero Specs........That Is...> 327 Chev Motor....Muncie Gearbox....Camero 3.36 Ratio Diff....Lowered....And A Suspension So Hard, It Would On A Regular Basis, Fracture The Front Wishbones....And The Drivers Backbones..... They Won Every Race They Entered, Then They Went To The 350 Motor, And Personally I Think The 327 Was A Far Better Donk... I Modified Mine With Extractors, Holly 4 Barrel Instead Of The Hopeless Rochester 4 Barrel It Came With....A Duntov "Green" Cam, Modified Dizzy, And A Slight Over Bore Which Was Called The Chev "Grumpy" Motor....327>>>331 cubic inch Displacement... Took The H.P From 250 To 325. Cheers Glen.
What would it solve? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Znnj1oFxCRM"]YouTube - Kung Fu Panda - Gift - Present‏
Nobody said it would solve anything, I just think that the questions give us a chance to think about our lives and not just the things we regret but also the things that we are proud of. A chance to reflect and maybe bring to light that we might need to change something about ourselves or ask for forgiveness if we have hurt someone.
I've learnt to let most of my regrets go. They only made me feel bad, and feeling bad about the past changes nothing. You make mistakes, you learn, you move on and make more mistakes. That's life.
That's the point though. If past mistakes help you to learn and grow, then there is no need for regret.
If you hurt someone and they die before you can tell that you sorry and or want to make up, then would you not regret the fact that you could have fixed that and maybe been closer to that person?
Of course there are exceptions, but I'm talking more along the lines of arrests and other things that don't difrectly affect other people in your life.
