You seem to make mistakes with everything else you say, so its perfectly possible that you did here too. ;)

Everybody dreaming of a new guitar... check out Agile. Gibson sued them not too long ago. They're made overseas, but the specs are almost better than Gibson's... they make a double neck EDS model (as in the Jimmy Page model) and a copy of the Brian May model Burns makes, as well as a few strats. But their best instruments are the Gibson copies. They beat epiphone by the long run. I won't let anybody I know buy an Epiphone without looking at these.

I've never heard of any college programs (besides maybe GIT and Berklee) that offer actual majors in "guitar theory"; guitar performance, yes, and general "music theory" yes. I would be curious to see how a major would be built around "guitar theory"-- how is music theory different for guitar than for any other instrument? If the degree's focus is more on technique, applied theory and performance, why not just call a spade a spade and call it a performance degree? I'm just curious; I'm not trying to knock your studies at all, soulrebel-- I graduated with a degree in music before changing directions...

To tell you the truth, I don't really give a shit about theory... somehow I learned just learned a lot of it along the way by experience instead of beating it into my head like that. But, whatever spanks your monkey.

Just done ordered a Dondo last week. I didnt imagine that it would sound the way it does. like when u put pressure on the strings it sounds like a saw bending...

But next up i wanna gets me an accordion. I was looking at them on ebay before i thought of a dondo, but like an hr before each one ended the price rocketed to over 100 bucks.

Ludwig is a good name. Try find a used one too thier much cheaper. You can get a better one if it is used for less sometimes. I have a ludwig my dad plays it mostly though. I play guitar and my dad dose drums and my sister might get a bass soon.

An electric guitar, I am not really satisfied with many electrics i pefer my acoutsic, but i want to start electric playin.

electrics don't seem to have such a rich tone as acoustics do. Any guitar have great tone, or does it seem that acoutsic is an acoustic and theres no way to get a deep tone like in an acoutisc

I'd love a 12 string acoustic guitar, but I definately want a new bass. I've had the same baby for about 4 years.

    I'm extremely cash poor.

I've been thinking about getting rid of my 12 string. I just don't like Guilds that much, I've come to realize... paid $1250 for it last November. I've been thinking about getting a '61 Gibson SG reissue and putting in burstbuckers and a maestro. I recently got a new strat, but I've still been playing my jose strat... :p poplar bodies, shitty tuners, $350... I haven't found anything better yet. Hell, I don't even play my les paul anymore... I like the busted ass strat better.
