i just enjoy the day... going to work/study is just an irrelevant side thing i do. walking through the rainforest, park, across the river, that is what i enjoy most about my day and that is when i am most "there" during the day.
We actually studied food/packaging additives when I was in culinary school, and that was one of the factoids we learned. :O Also, chicken nuggets at McDonald's used to contain zero chicken. Shocker.
I have a new job too!! It's awfully boring but I just think about what I will spend the money on when I get paid. Also talking and being friendly to workmates helps time fly
being able to see my niece. looong walks. text messages saying sweet things. sunrises/sunsets. the beach
running<3 ever since iv'e been on this health kick, i love running. i love walking. i love sprinting up stairs... it's an awesome feeling.
^ you guys and girls must have never played organized sports. Every sport I played practice either started or ended with running and if we seriously f'd up our punishment was to run. I hate running.
well, when yer forced to do something it's never really fun.. doing things by choice is was what makes it awesome. to WANT to do it.
interestingly, we never ran at track practice... more interestingly, it worked. the coach they had for years forced lots of hard work, and basically everyone quit the team after junior high when it stopped being fun. for years, they were the worst team in the conference. then, the junior high coach took over the high school team when i was a junior, and he basically just let you do whatever you felt like at practice, so everyone joined that year (myself included), and my senior year we won the district.
yes because of that endorphin rush, I find some more enjoyable activities provide that same type of rush.
