If i wanted to gain weight, it would be oh so easy. i dont understand how it can be a difficulty in today's society. anywho, i would just go carb-crazy if I were you.
Lots and lots of pizza rolls, have you looked at the nutritional values on those bad boys? Yea, eat those all day for like 2 weeks, you'll gain 30lbs.
I had 12 cuts of pizza with chicken and Im about to eat the last 4 in a minute.. My belly didnt get any bigger..
Who? The vegetarians? Your welcome. I guess Sounds good. But here is the thing: My month long vacation ends next week. I will be back in Central America soon.
I bet a lot, maybe half, of the weight you lost was fluids. If I were you, I'd drink a lot of pedialyte, gatorade or any sports drink and eat an assload of protein and complex carbohydrates. Think steak and spaghetti for a while.
Yes, a lot of the weight was lost during the constant fevers. But I also could not keep anything down and totally lost my appetite for a long time. I had to force myself to eat for several weeks after that. My appetite is just now getting back to normal.
My nephew recently got over some illness in which he dropped 25 lbs. in a week. He gained it all back by just doing his regular everyday thing. I think he smoked a little more weed than usual to keep his appetite up though.
And in fact I am returning to normal as far as my eating. But I always loose weight when I go back to Belize. I need to find some sort of balance. I am also" tired of people going "Holly fuck man! Are you starving yourself?
You can try supplementing whey protein. It's waaay easier to take down than a 16 oz. steak and a half pound of pasta.
Good idea Hyphy- or the other pure protein supplement. Alot of people just have small bones. So that means they'll be light if they aren't muscular. And that means weight should be addded by high protein and heavy weight training. To think u can cheat by eating fats and carbs to excess is baffling IMO. Low body fat is coveted.
